I went to Dtown Tech to have the battery on my I phone replaced. Blake did the work.
It took him less than 10 minutes and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this place and Blake was excellent.
Prior to stopping there I had tried an Apple Store in NJ. They lost my appointment and I waited an hour without help and finally left.
I’m glad I tried Dtown Tech. This is definitely «The Place.»

The guys at dtown are super knowledgeable and honest to boot. I went there with my imac to buy some RAM (I’d already bought some at Best Buy that wasn’t working). They instantly knew what was wrong, and although they didn’t have the right RAM in stock, they directed me to an online source where I could get it myself. They weren’t trying to mark anything up or make extra money from the job. They were clearly happy to help. I will never go anywhere else. You’ve won, me dtown! exes and ohs.

Excellent. There was a virus in a laptop that could not be removed without profession help. Dtown Tech had it fixed in one day. Great price. No surprises. Don’t worry about the downtown location with parking. $.05 meter parking right in front of the store on Oakland Street.

Very professional! I was in a very comfortable environment while I had I screen replaced on my IPhone 6. They were a little more then Apple service but the job got done and correct, while only waiting 20 min. A great recommendation for all your repair needs ! Blake is super personable and reliable and does whatever he can to make sure you can pay as low as possible. He has great knowledge and experience with how to fix electronics, and I would trust him before many other companies with my items.

Blake is fast, efficient and attentive. After dropping my iPhone in the garage I quickly needed the screen replaced before catching a train to NYC and he did it in less than 10 minutes and was able to help a customer at the same time on the phone and serve a graciously serve a gentleman at the counter who was obviously a ‘regular’ and he had many questions for Blake which he patiently answered. Dtown Tech saves me every time!
Each time something of mine breaks or stops working, it is an emergency to me. I realize it isn’t to others but Dtown Tech understands this and always takes me that day and fixes my problem quickly. A couple of months ago, I first took my 2010 MacBook to the Apple store in KOP. My computer screen wasn’t fully loading and was pixelated. My laptop was rendered useless. After having it for over a half hour, my «Genius Bar» representative came back and told me that he had no clue what was wrong. He said that he thought my motherboard probably needed replacing, and suggested that I send my computer to a lab of theirs. It was going to be an expensive undertaking. He also said that, once receiving my laptop, they would more than likely wipe out my entire hard drive. Uhhhhh, what? That’s your default action? No thanks.
Upon recommendation, I visited D-​Town Tech. I was pretty desperate, and was praying for some good news. These guys are amazing!!!
It took Blake 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong. He not only fixed the problem, he doubled my RAM, had me in and out in 15 minutes, and charged me waaaaaayyyyy less than those Apple $%#&@s. On top of it all, those guys are genuinely really nice dudes. I truly can’t say enough positive things about D-​Town Tech. They’ve earned my business moving forward and all of my recommendations! Great customer service! Their team answered many questions that I had regarding my iPhone. They Replaced the cracked screen within minutes!

When I walked in it was clean, smelled good and very welcoming. Blake was behind the counter and with in 3 steps through the door he asked how he could help! He explained what the possible issues could be. With in 3 minutes he fixed my iPhone 5. It was a network settings issue. Secondly he researched of my phone was eligible for a recall on my top button. It was! I have been living for 18 months thinking it was my fault my button didn’t work. Thank you Blake for being so knowledgable, professional and polite! I have told everyone I know ad will continue to do so! Also very affordable! This is my second time going to Dtown tech and I can say I will go back for a third!

My daughter arrived from England with a damaged iPhone that apple wanted 150 pounds to exchange that $ 225 in dollars. She was going to go to the Apple store and face those smug little know it alls and pay the ripe off price asked hoping it would be cheaper here in the states. I Hate Apple so I suggested Dtown tech which was closer and was certain after reading the reviews could solve her problem much cheaper. They did in two hours replacing the screen and internal part for a third of that price and did it in the time it would have take to drive to the Mall… And they did what Apple said was impossible they fixed it. Those smug little know it all cheats at Apple! Don’t get me wrong I like the product but their marketing sucks!

My computer had been extremely slow, the mouse pad didn’t work, and the battery only lasted about 30 minutes.
I brought my computer into Dtown Tech and 4 hours later everything was perfect. My macbook pro could seriously not be faster, my mousepad works, and may battery lasts for hours.
What I like most about them is that they are truly there to help. If they can fix something for free then they do it for free. They just want to help you. They are efficient and will get the job done every time. It’s a guarantee.
