Always first class service at Keenan Motors, though it can sometimes be tough to make an appointment if you need a complimentary loaner while your car is in for service. The building is amazing and their on-​site selection of new and pre-​owned Mercedes is outstanding. The employees are always extremely polite and attentive.

BE CAREFUL– I have been charged for services not done, Paid $ 1966.01 on 9÷19÷14 for new brakes, 80,000.00 mile service, 1light bulb. Light bulb was not changed, when I returned the car to have lightbulb replaced on 9÷21÷14 service manager attempted to charge me again $ 95.00. charge was ~ $ 300.00 for the bulb…
My ML 350 2009 computer programming was reset to get me at service frequently; in 2014 was at service 4xpaid a total of $ 1,369.90, GPS erased, car returned to me with only AM/​FM radio, when questioned, service manager told me to purchase a new software. From Jan 2014 constantly had to go back and forth for same problem.
VERY disappointed with the service manager .Did not have a problem when I was dealing with the other 2 service representative, since manager took over in 2013 it has been all DECEIT.
