My daughter, her boyfriend and myself were looking for a late night meal(9:20 pm) and gave this place a try. The young woman that greeted us informed us that the kitchen would be closing«in like 3 minutes». I told her to let the kitchen know we were there and we’d make up our mind as soon as we looked at the menu. Well, we weren’t even seated and the waiter wanted to know what we were having! Considering that the food is in the very back of the menu, I don’t think 5 minutes was asking a lot. Once the food came, my daughters pizza and the boys burger were delicious. My quiche on the other hand, was disgusting. I had 3 bites and that was it. I may or may not try them again.

Awesome pizza and burgers. My friend and I split a burger and the di Parma pizza and both were amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive. I liked the atmosphere of the place and the food was great, so I will definitely be returning

This is a place where they give you a lot of bread and have the big containers of olive oil on your table. They have really good cheese and I recommend the escargot. It was amazing. It also comes without the shell. There pizza was perfect. I recommend this place for vegetarians. But personally I think they need more meets on the menu.

We had a very nice lunch here yesterday. My wife and I shared a Garden Pizza and a Mediterranean sampler(Falafel, baba ghanouj, stuffed vine leaves, hummus, cucumber salad, and something else whose name I’ve forgotten.) It was quite delicious. I can’t say that the Mediterranean dish had authentic flavors as per the custom of the region of origin, BUT, I do know that my meal was very, very good, and that so long as the establishment is not mangling a very specific named recipe, such as Veal Oscar, for example, no harm has been done. Restaurants should be permitted to take liberties with common items and add their own flavors and style. I would truly give the restaurant four stars, because the way we were greeted and seated was a little dopey and the dining room’s temperature was uncomfortably warm, but I want to compensate for another reviewer’s one-star rating based on apparent non-authenticity of the Mediterranean flavors. I don’t believe that ratings so low, which can hurt a restaurant’s business, should be given just because the patron doesn’t know much about food(falafel, hummus, and stuffed vine leaves to name just a few things have many recipe variations) and thus didn’t get what they *expected*. Sorry for preaching — I just hate it when spoiled people take it out on good restauranteurs.

Good beer selection on tap, and in bottles. Food is limited to pizza burgers and salads. The porch is s nice place to sit in good weather, even a 70 degree day in December. Inside packs a bit in ventilation and thus can be hot due to the pizza oven. It is the best of the Paganini family …

The staff is extremely friendly and attentive and the food is great. They have one of the best burgers in town, creamy mac n cheese, and many other unique items on the menu. They also have plenty of beers rotating on tap, so you can almost always try something different.

Service was mediocre. Food was overpriced for bar food. Drink selection is fine. Maybe better to go to the restaurant instead for me next time. This place did not have the qualities I’m looking for in a Saturday afternoon

Coworkers and I really wanted to go for drinks and I was looking for a small bite to eat. Although it wasn’t on the menu, we wanted dirty martinis. The olives tasted old and they weren’t dirty at all. They were $ 10.50. I ordered the falafel and the flavors were so conflicting, it wasn’t like Mediterranean at all. The pita was thin, the falafel itself was so dry, and there was a cucumber salad inside that tasted like Italian flavoring. The side salad that came with it was shredded carrots and lettuce and the dressing on it tasted like blue cheese. Nothing tasted like a falafel dish I’ve ever had before. Some might find this okay if they’ve never had falafel, but this had no flavor of a Mediterranean dish. We ordered the mussels to split and they were breaded, dry and way too salty. They tasted like they were baked in an oven for too long. For the quality of food, timeliness of service, it is way too overpriced. Our waitress was nice though. Another woman came out and asked about our food and we told her we weren’t really happy. She waived the food and we just paid for drinks and she wasn’t rude, which made it easier. No one likes to report that they are unsatisfied with their meal, so I’m glad they didn’t make us feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately because of everything we ordered, I don’t think I’ll return.

Had a girls’ lunch there recently and liked it a lot. Nice service and atmosphere, the food(shared falafel and quiche) very tasty. The place has a young, casual vibe, but they must be serious about their food if the bar menu lists escargots! would not mind eating there again when in town.

Eh. This place was okay. The service was pretty bad. We had to ask for a menu and then the waiter had the nerve to ask us 15 mins later if we were planning on eating lol. Really?! The mussels sucked. They’re breaded and salty and weird. Also for the amount you get its pricey. The mac and cheese is awesome. We got the pancetta pizza which was really good, but they could’ve been more generous with the toppings. I’d come back for the mac and beer. But I’ll sit at the bar next time.

Really nice atmosphere, open air, friendly staff. The Pizza’s are first rate. We had two apps– Spanikopita, and muscles, both very average. Had one order of their Quiche, and it is nothing like a real Quiche, small, dry, all olive and spice. We complained and were told it was«Mediterranean Style Quiche» Cool spot — Stick to the Pizza, avoid the rest.

I am a Doylestown local, I’ve had the privilege of living in the borough proper for the past three years and sampling the culinary delights of the town. Being a frequent traveller — I eat out quite often and sometimes a dish doesn’t come out quite right, even at a loved local establishment like Pag’s. It was one such occasion today, that I received a burger that just wasn’t cutting it — Pag’s uses great beef — but today’s patty was a little strangely formed. After bringing this to the attention of my excellent waiter — I was informed the manger would have to come over and talk to me. Karen, who I believe is one of the owners of the restaurant establishment in Doylestown approached me and was immediately aggressive and extremely rude. Instead of asking if I had a problem with the dish or talking to me she yanked the dish out in front of me, told me that she would take it off the bill and told me never to return to her restaurant. I was appalled at this behavior, I struggled to explain it, I chalk it up to her having a bad day, perhaps a loved one had fallen ill — or there is some other hardship. Please don’t take this out on your patrons, it reflects poorly on you, your restaurant and the servers who work so hard in your establishment. People will occasionally take exception with a dish, please don’t take this as a personal insult — instead — approach the situation with maturity and decorum. I certainly did not expect to receive this sort of treatment in Doylestown — it was extremely low class. There are several other brew-pubs in town, while I’ve never received treatment like that before in my life, I haven’t had problems with Maxwell’s on Main, the new Tap Room, 86 West or the Penn Taproom.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service provided here. The staff are extremely attentive. Every time any staff walked by they inquired if I needed anything or how was my meal. And the food is exceptional & authentic. Don’t miss a chance to dine here inside or outside.

Debbie and I are frequent visitors to Doylestown. This charming pub is a great stop. The bartenders and wait staff are so nice. The pizza is wonderful, and the beer selection is great! What a warm and comfortable place! Looking forward to our next visit to try more beers and other offerings!

I enjoy this place. I’ve been here quite a few times since my move to Doylestown. They have an outstanding beer list on tap. Almost all are craft with a few exceptions. The whisky list is so so, but better than what’s available in most of the borough. The bartenders are great – personable and somewhat knowledgeable. The food I’ve had thus far has been pretty tasty – the pizzas and monte cristo are wonderful. Service is solid. The only real downside is the cocktail list. Way too many options. I’ve tried several and they’re quite uneventful. Plus they require the bartenders to refer to a box full of index cards. If I were the owners, I’d cut the list down to no more than 10 – 12 and make them out of this world instead of 30+ forgettables.

Pretty good place from what it used to be. Beer selection is good and food has a little Greek flair. Would come back. There is a nice little patio outside so I will be back in the summer!
