Gourmet frozen yogurt and premium toppings in a beautiful relaxing atmosphere.

History

Established in 2012.

yogurtree was born from 21 years of obsessive searching for a passion. Tyler Walton was uninspired after a Wall Street internship he worked towards perfection for his entire life. From a young age, Tyler knew he could do something special if he found what he truly loved, a passion.

That epiphany finally came in August 2011 when Tyler’s mom, Patti, mentioned the trend of self-serve frozen yogurt and the lack thereof in our favorite town of Doylestown, PA. Having eaten a bowl of «unhealthy» ice cream every night throughout his childhood, Tyler not only saw a huge opportunity in the healthy product and catchy experience, he was very impressed by the simple yet successful business model.

After two months of researching, Tyler finally convinced his dad, Ken, to invest and use his experience with Ken Walton General Contractor to design and build a custom store together. Opened in June 2012, the Walton family is very motivated to bring an entirely new yogurt café experience to the area.
