Let me start by saying I’m a big skeptic when it comes to auto repair shops and I have a hard time trusting people who sell or repair cars. For that reason, I waited two years before writing this review just to make sure I felt comfortable putting my name on it.
We’ve had Dracut Auto Butler service our two used cars– both near the end of their automotive lifecycle– over the last two years. They’ve done small repairs and major repairs (including an entire engine replacement) and we’ve always been treated fairly, dealt with honestly, and received up front pricing before service was agreed upon and started on our vehicles. Arye has been great with providing us with a variety of options for repairs– allowing us to do as little or as much as we feel is necessary to keep our cars running safely. They provide a guarantee on their service so that if something goes wrong shortly after being repaired, they will investigate and correct any errors. In some cases they’ve even gone above and beyond in performing service that was not charged for, simply because it needed to be done in order to complete the repairs we agreed on. They are also certified to perform the same work your automotive dealership provides to a vehicle under warrantee. For these reasons, and especially because my skepticism has been put to the test, I feel confident in recommending Dracut Auto Butler to our friends and family.
