Palace Pizza

I have been going here for over 10 years. Food has always been excellent and they deliver. Steak Tip dinner is AWSOME!!!

I ordered a large barbeque chicken pizza and a grilled chicken greek salad to be delivered. $ 26– plus tip. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes I called and was assured that the order was «on the way». I live 5 minutes away. After another 10 minutes the driver arrived. The pizza was cold and tasted like cardboard. The salad was fine but the grilled chicken ice cold. There are too many places to call in this area. This won’t happen again

Look… I’m giving it 3 stars because that’s what it deserves, however compared to the competition in the area that deliver to me in Pelham, this place is 5 star material.
First off, the pizza. It’s always good unless you get extra cheese, then it’s just soggy… has anyone gotten extra cheese pizza anywhere that wasn’t soggy?
I’ve had the steak and cheese here and it’s ok. Toasting a roll is something no one in the Merrimack Valley delivering food understands. t’s like you made a magical request.
The best thing about this joint is the chicken tenders. They’re the bomb.
I am going to keep on ordering from here, because everything in Pelham is nasty in comparison.

By special request, I returned to Palace Pizza of Dracut very recently to update my 4 year old review, which was under the former ownership in 2009. I did not have a good experience with the pizza back then.
The place under new ownership for about 2 years was renovated and now smaller minus the former adjacent dining room. The place is order at the counter with overhead menu boards and an open food & pizza prep area behind the counter and a few tables for eating in/​waiting and a flatscreen TV on the back wall.
The place serves up traditional & specialty small (10″) and large (16″) pizzas, calzones, subs, salads, burgers, seafood, chicken, kabobs, steak tips, pasta, and appetizers. Coke products and beer is offered here
For carryout, I ordered a: Large (16″) Eggplant Pizza ($ 11.25 plus tax), which was made to order, hand stretched dough on a pan, pizza baked in a conventional pizza oven. The hot & fresh pizza was ready in under 20 minutes.
I enjoyed a slice of eggplant pizza fresh out of the oven before leaving the premises and another slice when I got back home in NH. The pizza was very good and tasty this time around and nothing like the old burnt pizza I had here 4 years ago. The thin crust was firm on the bottom (screen pattern), yet soft and slight moist inside with rolled soft edges, topped with the right amounts of tomato sauce (slight sweet taste), melted cheese (browned), and plenty of crisp eggplant slices.
I enjoyed the rest of the eggplant pizza with some frosty libations, while watching some football on the big TV.

Pizza is solid. But the best thing on the menu is the DELICIOUS steak and cheese calzone!!! It’s so awesome and naughty.

Palace Pizza is great. It’s just a few minutes from my house and offers pizza, subs, pockets, calzones, salads and more. They have a wide array of offerings so if you go in hungry, it may take you a minute to decide what you want.
Everytime we have gone there it’s been for take out, so I’ve never dined in, but they do have a small bar and four or five tables available. They have a flat screen tv in the corner and they have small bar that serves beer and wine as well.
My husband usually gets the chicken salad in a pita, which he says is the best he’s ever had. I have tried the pizza, calzone, a sub and salad. I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve ordered.
The staff is really nice and it seems like they actually enjoy working there. I’ve noticed that they laugh and joke with each other while they work, which to me is a selling point. I hate going to a pizza place or any restaurant where the staff looks miserable to be there.
My food has always been prepared quickly (within 20 minutes) when I’ve walked in to order, when I’ve called it’s been ready when they told me it would be.
We’ve made Palace Pizza our local spot in Dracut.

My favorite little pizza shop withing the neighborhood, the dining room has 3 tables to sit at with a small bar to also dine at which serves alcoholic beverages.
Took my girlfriend and my little brother out here to try out for the first time a couple days back and we were very impressed.
Ordered the personal pepperoni pizza, Buffalo Chicken Sub, Italian Sub and the spicy fries.
Surprisingly the food were all fantastic!
My girlfriend’s buffalo chicken sub was delicious, the chicken was moist, tender and juicy with the perfect amount of buffalo chicken flavor served in a soft sub roll with crisp iceberg lettuce.
My Italian sub was filled with the right combination of meats with finely chopped onions and lettuce topped with light mayo, the flavor was on point and the sub was very filling.
My little brother’s personal pizza was served hot with ooey gooey cheese. The sauce was sweet but not too sweet, a nice blend of seasoning. The pepperoni was sizzling and had a nice little crunch when bitten into. The pizza itself was nice and chewy while the crust was thin and had a good crunch.
We all shared the perfectly seasoned and fried spicy fries. Hot and crunchy but not burnt on the outside and full of that potato flavor on the inside.
Very impressed with Palace Pizza! This has now become my favorite neighborhood pizza place!
