Absolute Best Grooming has been owned by the same owner for 6 years and before that it was another grooming shop for 6 years before. We have been grooming in Draper for over 10 years.

I took my dogs to the chain store before and most of the time my dogs didn’t even smell fresh and clean, last time they decided to shave my dogs without my permission so I decided to give Absolute Best Grooming a try. Well the name said it all, my dogs smell so clean and well groomed. The staff is nice and she definitely knows what she’s doing. The price is not overly expensive. The place is clean and organized. Love it!

Despite of last experience, my husband decided to take our dog here. Fortunately, my dog & we were happy this time that they took a great care of our dog & he was nicely trimmed/​cleaned. Last time our dog seemed having a traumatized experience but this time, lady took a great care & our dog felt safe&comfortable that he behaved good, the lady said. They apologized for last experience & the person who treated us really badly last time already left the salon, gave us extra nail polishing service. We appreciate the honesty & good service.

My family has been coming here monthly to get my dog groomed ever since we got her which is about 1 year now. The owner was very accommodating since beginning when we had to introduce her with getting used to baths and shears and she remembered me and my dog after coming here just once. I’m amazed at the fact that my dog is miserable when just mentioning baths but still gets excited every time when we come here. The owner does have a problem with staying on schedule and we have had to pick up my dog hours later than planned on multiple occasions. However, we do look past that because of the affection the owner gives my dog and how great of a job she does with her haircuts and bathing!

The first few times we took our dog were good, but the last time we took him our dog acted very startled and would not stop scratching. They had burned his skin with hot oil or did not get all the soap off because he had sores all over his body.
He also gets very scared when we have to brush him now so I think they were excessively rough when getting snarls out of his fur.
So incredibly disappointed, don’t take your dog here!

I was so happy with my beautiful pups when I picked them up! I can’t remember her name, but I had the blonde long-​haired groomer and she’s the best I’ve ever had. Was a bit pricey, but I definitely feel it was worth it to have such a stunning result!
