We serve approximately 200 communities across Utah. FCS Community Management is the recognized leader among all management firms in owner association management — managing condominiums, townhomes, PUD’s, office condominiums and other common-​interest communities — and is Utah’s only Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) and one of only 114 nationwide.

Backed by industry leading certifications (led by Utah’s only portfolio PCAM’s — Professional Community Association Manager), FCS oversees community construction, repairs, esthetic maintenance, compliance enforcement, member correspondence, developer transition, association budget preparation, comprehensive financial statements and the development of long range plans and analysis for each community it represents.

FCS offices located in St. George, Cedar City, Provo, Draper, Park City and Ogden.
