Very disappointed with the customer service received from the travel agent we contacted. Hard to contact and cancelled our appointment 20 minutes before our scheduled time with no apology. With the ability to book directly through Disney on the phone and online one would THINK agencies would thrive on customer service being the reason someone would choose an agent versus Disney directly but sadly our agent did not.
