Bill is a graduate of Temple University with a B.S. in Computer and Information Science. He currently is employed as the Chief Information Officer for Youthbuild Charter School in Philadelphia. He currently holds 6 industry recognized certifications. Three are by Microsoft and two by Cisco with the last issued by Novell.
