18 mo. — K

Our goal at Dragonfly is to provide a learning environment that piques natural curiosity, and will supply fundamental knowledge about the world around us through age-appropriate, experiential activities.

History

Established in 2001.

Dragonfly started as a fine arts school in 2001, and has grown over the years to include a pre-school program, elementary and middle school programs. We also house the community garden where students raise food for the food bank. Students perform musical and theatrical events locally, and compete in national geography, spelling, writing, math, and visual arts events.

Meet the Business Owner

Robin M.

Business Owner

BC (before children), Robin combined her studies in business and science with her talents in art to form TRA Enterprises, a company that did art consultations, artistic renovations, site-specific installations, sculpting and furniture design. Her works have been represented regionally, nationally, and internationally, in both private and corporate collections. She ran TRA for fifteen years prior to starting her family and moving to the Hill Country.

She established Dragonfly in 2001 to bring fine art experiences to Dripping Springs and the surrounding area. Robin also published the Jackrabbit Journal, a local paper designed for families, and home schooled her children for many of their elementary years.

In 2005 Dragonfly International School was born, combining her love for the arts and education.
