Julie Balderrama specializes helping women lose weight and release from the burden of feeling disconnected from their bodies so they can ditch the struggle and revel in more fun, sensuality, and self-​love.

The journey to a more fabulous you begins with stress reduction. We employ practices such as Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Breath Work, and Meditation in order to create a new relationship with your body, food, and movement — one based on joy and self-​love instead of rules or deprivation. Learn to make mindful choices, connect with your body, and move energy blocks keeping you from your most radiant self.

History

Established in 2011.

Julie began teaching Qigong, Tai Chi, and Yoga at the Springs Family YMCA in Dripping Springs. She’s been an avid wellness practitioner, devoted to incorporating complimentary healing modalities to the more Western health and fitness field.

Specializing in Women and weight loss, Julie opened her business to private clients in 2013. She’s expanded her classes to include workshops in weight loss, stress and anxiety reduction, and Women’s Energy Circles. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients and their therapists for a truly transformative healing experience.

Julie Balderrama is a graduate of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi. She also holds certifications in Yoga and Group Exercise and is currently working on her Wellness Coach Certification. Julie believes that a strong Mind-​Body connection is the key to Living Well. Practices such as Qigong, Tai Chi, and Yoga allow us to tap into our body’s ability to produce its own healing elixir, placing the power and responsibility for our Health care back in our hands.
