I called and placed an order for invoices and the gal on the phone was extremely helpful. They also offer to deliver for you locally. We had our invoices in just a few days. Impressed.

My fiancé & I came in because we needed our engagement party invitations printed. We had visited several different printing places, but none impressed. The invites came out so beautifully & we couldn’t be more thankful that they printed them on the same day for us! A++ customer service! We have definitely found the place to do our wedding invites & programs!

I’ve being using Acclaim Print and Copy for several years now and they are always consistently professional and accurate.
I especially appreciate that they offer alternatives and solutions if the product I need is unique such as the large stickers for my sign riders, direction signs for my a-​frames, etc.

This place is great for if you need something done fast but you still want quality. It can be a bit difficult to find its nestled inside of a warehouse complex. Otherwise very friendly staff and fast service!

My wife and I recently lost our son who passed away at 17 days old. We contacted Acclaim Print and Copy to have a funeral service program made. My wife and I were able to go in and tell them exactly what we wanted. Acclaim was able to create a beautiful program for our lil guy in less than a day and also gave us 50 free prints. I cam to Acclaim only to make a few copies. The service was great. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. They had all the materials I needed to make copies, however I think this place is more for printing banners and such. There was not a lot of room to put my stuff down and the machine was difficulty for sorting the papers. They also don’t have counters, so you have to keep track of how many copies you make yourself, which can be a pain if you are making a lot of copies. Additionally, I made all double-​sided copies and was the price of a single copy for each side of my double-​sided copies. For example if a single copy was 8 cents, I was charged 16 cents for a double sided copy. Usually copy places charge you less for the double sided. I thought that was a little weird.

GREAT PLACE! They always help me when my printer fails last minute! I have been here twice and teh customer service has been superb! The people here are also very nice! The place is also very colorful and nice. I also like how teh service is very quick!

This was my go to place to get things printed. It sucks that they don’t do small jobs no more. Now I have to find a new place to get my homework printed. :(

I’ve come here for black and white copies maybe a dozen times over the last 3 – 4 years. Susan has always been the one to help me out. She is a very friendly person and she makes you feel welcome.
Most of the jobs she has handled for me have been pretty straightforward 15 – 20 page documents in black and white, stapled, maybe 16 copies each time. That all went fine. She gave me a box if she had one so they were easy to carry.
Where things went south is in my most recent visit.
I came in with 6 different fliers that all looked very similar, but in fact had some very important differences. I pointed out to her that each one was for a different school, and had sticky notes on each original indicating how many copies I needed, and if I needed them in stacks of a certain number (ie, class sets), I indicated that as well. I asked how long it would take and she said thirty minutes would be fine, go have your lunch and come right back, etc.
I come back half an hour later to discover that she had been making copies of all the same flier. There were hundreds and hundreds of copies of the exact same flier for one school, rather than the right number of the different copies for each school.
She apologizes and says she doesn’t have her glasses with her (though she is wearing glasses… huh?) and can’t read the fliers. Well, it’s kind of important to be able to read the things you’re copying, isn’t it? Then she tries to figure out how many she has done for each flier, and I end up helping her figure out what she has and has not already done. At this rate I could have done the job myself at a FedEx Office and at least known that if there were any mistakes, they were my own. I know everybody has a bad day now and then, and this was probably hers, but the job I gave her was not a tremendously complicated one.
The job takes a full 90 minutes of my time. I stand around in their office with nothing to do. I ask if there is any wireless internet access, thinking maybe I could get something done on my laptop, and she says no… but my iPhone picks up wireless for the dry cleaners next door. How does that make any sense?
If you need cheap quick black and white copies, and it’s a straightforward job, this place is fine. Anything that requires an employee’s scrutiny, however, might be a job to take somewhere else. At least Susan did not charge me for the botched copies (there were quite a few).

I have been using Acclaim Print and Copy Centers for more than 10 years for my printing, mass mailing and it is also where I buy the advertising specialty items that my insurance agency gives away. Owner Dan Karas is a specialist in all of these areas. I have always been 100% happy with each job they have done for me. I love doing business with small business owners that care about their customers, and providing high quality service and products.
