I booked this limo service for my wife’s birthday and sent her wine tasting with all of her girlfriends. The temp outside was 100 and the A/​C did not work. I contacted the company to get this resolved and they were not helpful at all. I spoke to the driver when he returned and he blamed the A/​C on the car and stated it was not the company’s fault. The driver was rude to the ladies when they tried to ask him to turn on the A/​C telling them that it was hot out and they were drinking wine and this made things seem hotter then they really are. This company has no problem charging full price for a service that is not complete as listed. The car was not cleaned properly, the service was shotty to say the least and the driver and dispatcher were rude and not helpful in the least bit. I will pay more somewhere else for better service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE EVER!!! They will never get my business again.

I used this many times for SFO transportation.
Best service, on time. Price include gratuity. Provide payment receipts. All questions are answered by phone and/​or email. I was in other country and I emailed them for pick up from SFO. Person was on time.

On time, polite, patient.
The radio signal SUCKED in the limo.
He promised us an open bar, we only got a bottle of 3 dollar champagne.
The limo driver was nice though and the prices are great.
I would def use them again.

Here is my final update regarding Ace Limo. They have definitely redeemed my trust in their service. I recently took them up on their offer of a free town car (because of their error on my wedding day) ride to the airport and it was wonderful. The driver was 15 minutes early, mind you my pick up time was 5:30 AM! He was very pleasant, didn’t get lost!!, and had me to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I think that with any company, there is always a few bad seeds. I just happened to experience the bad seeds on my wedding day.
With the service I just received, I would recommend this company for business needs, proms, and would even try them again for weddings.
