All Glass

Last week I had my 2011 BMW M3 windshield replaced and it was done in perfection. The team in All Glass consistently delivers high quality work and service as they have done in the past with 3 of my other vehicles. Hate getting those cracked windshields but when it happens again this is the place to go.
Lucy even remembered me when I came in and the last work they did was about 2 years ago. That is phenomenal service. Thank you.

This is such an easy review to write. The business’ tag line is «Just fair & Honest Pricing always.» I cannot vouch for always, but I can vouch for the rest. Excellent pricing. Professional assistance. Quick work. I was so thrilled to have a good experience with this type of retailer that I found myself looking around their very nice showroom asking myself «what else can I buy here?» I asked, what else do you sell her. She said — anything glass!

I went to Low Priced Glass & they repaired both chips and I did not have to pay a penny. I strongly suggest you check your facts with Allstate before ypu loos more business!

They did a great job replacing my windshield! There were able to work with my schedule and accommodate an early appointment. Their staff was really friendly. They even have wi-​fi and a decent waiting room. I was able to get some work done while waiting for the install.

The windshield on my 4runner had to be replaced and the customer service was outstanding. Lucy, the manager, helped explain how my auto insurance will help in this situation and then the tech took me in the garage and showed me how the process works in replacing the windshield. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this business and can’t say enough about the strong customer service and the windshield was replaced the same day.

These guys are great! Highly recommended. I work in an automotive service shop and use their service for windshields all the time. They do a great job and are all super friendly and they will come out to you, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

My daughter took my I phone when I told her not to. She came out of the store with it in her pocket, dropped it on the concrete and shattered the glass. got in the car and when I looked at it, I flipped out… I tossed it at her in anger with a few choice words, it bounced off the dash and hit the windshield shattering my windshield!!! Yes, she is still alive and if it was not for All Glass, I would have been more miserable then I was when I got the $ 125.00 bill for a Lincoln Navigator Windshield which I expected to be 4x that price… It made it easier for me to forgive and forget the experience. So I’ll give you the backstory.
Last week some lowlifes smashed the rear passenger side window of my car all for an empty backpack and some trash. I was referred to All Glass by Dublin Toyota. Apparently, if I had gone to Dublin Toyota, it would’ve been $ 600 and they wouldn’t have been able to do it same day.
All Glass to the rescue! It was so easy and painless with All Glass. I called them, gave them my vehicle information, and the lady was able to give me an exact quote minus taxes right over the phone. It was a little difficult to find, but once there it was a breeze. It only took an hour and a half to finish up, so I grabbed lunch at Denica’s and by the time I was able to get back to All Glass and take a seat in their comfortable lounge and turn on the tv (which I had control of the remote since there was no one else there) and log on to the free wifi on my iPhone, my car was done.
I was hoping it would’ve taken a bit longer so I could relax a bit more in the lounge and watch some cable, but I guess I won’t dock them too many stars for that. ;)
I was a little scared of the final bill. I think shops that cater to vehicle repairs are pretty notorious for hidden fees and all that junk. The final price was the exact price I was told over the phone, with tax added on of course. A+ All Glass!
I’ll definitely come back here next time I need some vehicle glass repair, but hopefully I’ll never have to come back again.

I called to get a quote and got a reasonable price. I made an appointment and came in to do it, then got my windshield replace here. Fast serve, friendly staff, knowledgeable technician. The shop was very beautiful, I never been to any auto glass beautiful decoration as nice as All Glass. There was a waiting room which was clean, fresh and nice. I brought my ipad, able to go online here while was waiting. Wait for about an hour, they said it was done. I was surprised «what a fast service». I went check my car, It was well done. They even vacuum my car which I love love it. It has been a month, there is nothing wrong with my windshield. Highly recommend. Thank you All Glass.

Recently went here to get a full replacement for my windshield.
I got in same day service which was nice and the receptionist was VERY kind. She is a brunette… hmm I can’t recall her name but she is great at customer service, kind, friendly, efficient, fast, she helped me with prices, finding the location. and answered any crazy questions I had (yes, I’m one of those)!
It’s right off the freeway and inside it’s kind of an odd structure (there were kids of the shop worker, and maybe his wife… walking around a lot and that was kind of strange) but anyways where I waited I had a nice big leather couch all to myself and cable on a flat screen tv. So I just sipped my coffee and watched Real Housewives (my choice) the entire time.
It was awesome :)
Really good price (below $ 200) and it took about an hour, so I was pleased.

My wife’s Toyota RAV4 2010 model had front window broken. We went to Dublin Toyota for repair and Dublin Toyota somehow outsourced the job to All glass.
Now my wife has been to Dublin Toyota three time already. The replaced front window still has air leak noise on the right side when we drive on free way less than 70 mph.
What is the good for an auto glass company which cannot fix window without air leak after three attempts! It is totally outrageous!
I would ask for money back but my wife still wants to go back to Dublin Toyota for the fourth time.
Obviously, I cannot vent my anger to my wife so I have to share this horrible experience on Unilocal

I would recommend this business to anyone. I needed a new windshield and googled company’s in my area. The first few business that popped up were listed as local but were out of state. They simply contracted to be at the top of the google search. I made an appt and was given a three hour window. I decided to call a few more places and found low price auto glass. They gave me a firm time and quoted me over a $ 100 less than what the other company had quoted. I quickly cancelled my other appt and scheduled with low price auto glass. They were on time, friendly and did the job in a snap. I couldn’t be happier and will only be going here for any future auto glass needs.

Meh. Receptionist was friendly but the glass «technicians» aren’t great and I wouldn’t trust them with any of my vehicles again. Overall a sloppy job. Why?
1. Lower windshield moldings were pried out with a screwdriver, resulting in several broken clips and bent moldings
2. Excessive urethane glue oozing into the car and onto the headliner panel, pillar trim and lower dashboard area
3. Excessive urethane glue on the outer edges of the windshield
Yes, the waiting room is pretty but who the hell knows what goes on in the back. Not coming here again.

Im not one to write bad reviews, but I was disappointed with this place. I WARN YOU NOW, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR!!! They will do a poor job, try to cover up their mistakes, and eventually do nothing to solve the problem. I wish I had never used them in the first place. They say they work with all the dealerships, thats a lie, ask around.
I just cant believe what a poorly run business this is. Wish I could give Zero stars.

I am very impressed with the staff at All Glass in Dublin. After Safelite supposedly «fixed» a small chip in my windshield, the chip grew to be a 6 inch crack. At that point, I knew it was time to replace the whole darn windshield. I saw the positive Unilocal reviews, so when I filed my insurance claim (online), I specifically chose All Glass as my preferred repair shop. Next thing I know, I’m getting a call from the company asking me to bring the car in. Easy peasey.
The whole repair process went smooth, too. I dropped my car off in the morning, came back in the evening, and it was all taken care of. The glass seems to be almost identical to the factory glass (same tinting at the top and bottom, etc.) and they tell me that the only difference is the absence of the Honda logo. One month later, I’ve had no leaks or anything else to complain about.
Way to go, All Glass! Ask for them when you file your insurance claim — or if you don’t have insurance coverage for glass, I’m sure they’ll be very reasonable.

Unfortunately, my Toyota FJ Cruiser goes through windshields about every six months. However the staff at All Glass in Dublin California makes the pain go away with their excellent customer service. They honor their schedules and get you in and out as fast as possible.
I have been to All Glass five times in the last three years with two different vehicles. Each time they replaced the glass without incident. They are the best!

Same day service, coincidently the most reasonable price, and friendly service. No complaints here.

This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with an auto windshield company. I took my car here 2years ago to get my windshield replaced, the reason why was because they said they work with the local car dealerships. After the work was done, I was hearing wind noise coming from the outside. Took it back 2 times, problem was not fixed, even said maybe it was all in my head. After 2 years came by I took my car to a shop and come to find out there was cracks in the pillars of the car from forced pulling, that explains why there was wind noise. Took it back there and they would not replace the part, they said they’ll fix it for me. When I got it back back they used windshield glue on the plastic part, and the glue was all over the place. Even on the weatherstripping. Worst experience I’ve had. Beware of this place, customer service sucks as well. Would rate this 0 star if I could.

Quick, Friendly, Honest service. That’s kinda hard to come by these days.
This was a place where I didn’t use Unilocal to help me out.
Damage first started with a rock chip on my windshield. Thanksgiving day was cold! But somehow Black Friday afternoon was pretty warm.. so I decided to park my car outside. When I went back to the car 4 hours later, There it was… an 18 inch crack right across the windshield. GREAT.
I called around noon & they were able to set my appointment for the Saturday.
The place was a little bit hard to find — but they’re moving to Doherty this Monday. We walked in & the car was inspected. They said it would take about an hour or so since they had to prime & redo the molding. Hubbs and I decided to go for a walk to Zaks Café while waiting.
When we got back, the gentleman at the counter talked about how bad the sealing was when we got the windshield initially replaced. They couldn’t guarantee much since the body was rusted. However, if we call — they’ll do their best to work with us. They said usually they won’t even mess with a car that’s has rust. They just went on and sanded/​primed/​replaced and sealed (that’s what I understand — it was hard to understand his accent) I don’t know jack about cars, but hubbs was impressed with the work they did.
We paid ~$ 200 for a 2000 Honda’s windshield to be replaced (tinted) & it comes with a free rock chip repair in the future. ($ 50 in future savings) Before I got a quote from them, I called 10 different businesses pulled from google — not Unilocal.The highest quote was around $ 500 — Seriously?!? Thanks All Glass!
