The quality of my crown was so bad, I can not recommend this dentist anymore.

All in one dental was recommended to me by my friend.
My kids and I have been regular patients over there for the past few years.
Dr. Huang is a great doctor, very professional and dedicated.
His staff is very friendly and courteous.
The regular dental visits are great, cleaning is always done very appropriately both for adults and kids.
I am undergoing Invisalign treatment which is showing great results.
I had wisdom teeth extraction at all in one dental by a surgeon which went very smoothly.
I trust Dr Huang’s opinion.
I have seen a few other dentists in the Pleasanton Dublin area previously with the insurance I currently have, and ended up paying a lot out of pocket but I can hardly remember paying anything Extra at all in one dental.

I was in dire need of a dental check-​up/​cleaning so my sister found All-​In-​One on Unilocal.We saw all the amazing review and thought, WHY NOT!
Parking is pretty tiny but I don’t think that this place gets PACKED since it’s all just different types of practices.
This place is so updated and modern. I love it. It makes going to the dentist so much more fun. THERE ARE TV’S ON THE CIELING! TO WATCH TV! It was great. I love how open all the rooms are (floor to ceiling glass window on one side), it makes the place look less institution-​y.
Now for the review of the actual cleaning. My lady was so nice. You can tell by her energy that she LOVED her job. She made the cleaning quick and painless. My teeth felt so clean after I left the office.
This is my new go-​to spot! I am so happy.

I found All In One Dental a few years ago after struggling for a long time trying to find the right dentist for my family here in the area. Now my whole family are patients here and we absolutely love it here! The office staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The office is modern with top of the line equipment and it provides Orthodontic treatment among other services. For your cleanings, I recommend Silvia, she’s the office hygienist. Silvia was very professional, gentle and friendly and she has made my visits painless and enjoyable. Since we join Dr. Huang’s office a few years ago we have had nothing but great experiences with both Dental and Ortho services. I am very pleased with the services Dr. Huang and his staff has provided for myself and my family.

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but I need to express my dissappointment about this place. Perhaps, this might help you with your decision before making a first time appt.
It was in last year, I called for a routine teeth cleaning appt. My brother highly recommended is why I decided to go and they rated highly on Unilocal.The day I went, their air conditioner was broken and it was a hot day. I requested a toothbush to clean my teeth before the appt. The only toothbrush they had was a child size and toothpaste, which is no big deal. The gal who cleaned my teeth was the nicest person there, fully professional. When Dr. Huang introduced himself, he seemed rushed and didn’t seemed too interested in introductions in getting to know me. He basically treated me as though I was a regular and discussed treatment plans. It was informal and rude. After that, he walked me to his business consultant to go over the treatment plan cost and what my dental plan covers. That was a huge put-​off. They’re only interested in money, to utilize every last cent before the end of the year. Then, I glanced over to my left and there is a sign that read something like, «write a positive Unilocal review and you will receive a $ 5 gift card» I was flabbergasted, as this is frowned upon the dental ethics code between dentists. It’s against the rule to give gifts to patients, of any monetary value. That’s false advertisement! Because of his positive reviews, is why I chose All-​in-​one-​dental. If that wasn’t enough, I was due back for teeth whitening that following weekend, on a Saturday. Two hours before my appt. Dr. Huang’s office called to reschedule, as there was an emergency and the doctor on call had to leave. I waited all day. Nevertheless, I rescheduled. I decided to go back to my dentist located in Richmond, who is an excellent dentist but was hoping to find one closer to home. Now, I need to go there again to request for recent xrays, requested by my Richmond dentist. Was told that the file was too large to email. This is so messed up! I shouldn’t be involved with any of this, but I am. My suggestion to you all Unilocalers, positive reviews doesn’t necessarily mean honest reviews. That’s my rant!

I finally found a good dentist for our family. Dr. James can speak Chinese, this even A + for me. So far my 3 young kids like all the staff there and Dr. James.
I have been recommended All In One Dental to all my friends and happy to hear good review back.

One of my friends in Pleasanton referred me here. I referred this place to my another friend who moved to Dublin later. Doctor Huang is really good and give me lots of practical suggestion and made plan for me. The schedule is very flexible and they sacrificed their lunch time and allocated 12:30pm to 1:30pm treatment for me. That same my another half PTO.
After some deep wash. I DO SEE DIFFERENCE!

Oh my god! This is a nightmare of a dental office. They can not get their billing straight and kept asking for more and more money. My husband had a tooth extraction which we were initially quoted at under a hundred dollar. The appointment was made after his teeth cleaning and it was for later that same afternoon. When we went back for the procedure, the price jumped by almost half! Still my husband went through with the tooth extraction with the understanding and assurance that it was the actual amount owed and the remainder is covered by our insurance.
A few months later, we got a bill for $ 72.80 and that it was past due by 60 – 80 days. I was shocked to see a bill, especially since we were reassured numerous times at the dental office that that second quote price was the complete and actual cost. So, I called the office and two ladies on the phone told me to ignore the bill since our insurance just paid the remaining portion of the bill.
Now, almost two months after that call, their accounts person is calling me to collect on that same bill! I explained to her how it should not be owed and about the initial conversation at the office as well as the subsequent letter received and call made to resolve this. The woman would not listen! She just kept telling me it was an estimate and since a specialist did the procedure, it was not covered. I told her it was not my problem if they did not get paid every cent they thought was owed since we made doubly sure the amount we paid at the time of the procedure would be the actual amount and no other money was due.
Also, I referenced my call to the office two months ago and was reassured, yet again, that this bill was not owed and to ignore it. The woman who called me was relentless and just wanted us to pay the bill. I then asked if it was the first time they dealt with our particular insurance. She said that they have been dealing with them for a long time. I then asked if my husband was the first patient ever to have his tooth extracted from the office. Again, she said no. I then told her that it was their office and billing who has the issues. They can not come back to us time and again for more money because they are incompetent in their insurance knowledge and billing. We were given a price for the procedure with the understanding that it be the exact among owed. We paid it. End of story! They should be ashamed to make us try to pay twice as much as the initial quoted amount.
It was not until I said I was calling the Better Business Bureau on them that the women said she would talk to the office manager and get back to me. I just wanted to spend a nice Friday night celebrating my daughter’s birthday with friends and family. They just wanted to overcharge me and demand a payment I know is not owed to them. I was kept on the phone by this woman that I missed my daughter opening her presents and burnt her birthday meal. Needless to say, we will no longer go back to this dental practice again!

From the moment I walked in this dentistry I knew I was going to let them take care of everything related to my oral health. From nice front desk ladies to the most advanced equipments and TVs in the ceiling for patients’ convenience. Dr Joe is pretty talented and fast and I was pretty satisfied with my visit.

Came in with my wife for a simple check up. This was her second time but my first. She had a bad experience last time (dentist recommended removing an extra tooth that she’s had since childhood, tooth was not bothering her or inhibiting anything but dentist wanted it out and messed everything up).
We were supposed to have concurrent appointments as we have kids to pick up but they had my wife scheduled at 12:30 and my at 1. Unfortunately that wasn’t going to work out so I had to cancel.
Really clean place but disorganized. I’m going to be looking for another place to go.

Friendly people, professional service, fair pricing, dentists and hygienists you can trust. Highly recommended.

Facilities are new clean and modern. Staff appears to be friendly and Dr Huang appears to really care about his patients and the quality of their care.
But unfortunately the staff is not consistent with the financial aspect of their business. This includes Dr Huang.

We moved from another area and found Dr Huang to continue our son’s orthodontic treatments. We received a portion of our unused treatment from our previous Dentist and applied it to his treatment with Dr Huang. He quoted us something higher so then we agreed that once the unused portion was used we would then revisit the contract and see if we want to continue and pay more or if we will just stop and remove his braces.
Several months pass by and my son’s teeth look straight and he wants the braces off and I don’t object since his bite is okay and he is not planning on being a smile model.
So we go to take off the braces and Surprise they said we owe them more money because we went over our portion… except that they never called or wrote to say we need to revisit the contract, so in a sense they performed work that was not authorized… LUCKILY I had the contract!

The day we removed braces we owed a little of the balance and paid half and then we agreed the other half would be removed from one of our account automatically. When that time came they said the amount did not go through and it was because they charged more then was quoted and we left exactly the left balance in that account. They said they told us cleaning was extra after the braces was removed but again they said they would remove X amount of money not X amount of money and cost of cleaning! They did not mention cleaning was not included or led us to believe that we had a balance left other than the X amount.
Get everything in writing… then I think you will be okay.

New hygienist and she isn’t as good as the old one. She was too busy talking about her kids and didn’t even know how to use the equipment! That should have been a red flag and then after ten mins she said she was done– wth?
The only pro for that one star is that they are open on Saturdays…

One of the best experiences at a medical facility, ever! I found Dr. Huang and his little «hidden gem» on Unilocal this morning. I called to schedule an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain. I haven’t been to the dentist in years (shame on me, I know), so I expected the worst: root canal. I couldn’t believe my eyes, and luck, once I arrived at the office for my appointment.
Not only did I find a dentist that could schedule me for a same day appointment, who is also open on Saturday’s, has a coffee bar/​snack station, with professional, friendly, courteous staff, and quick to see me — no waiting time, there’s nothing wrong with my teeth! It’s 100% severe sinus infection (who would’ve thought a sinus infection could cause that much pain to your teeth — I’m definitely missing my daily guilty pleasure of trail mix, and solid food, for that matter).
Dr. Huang and staff were equipped with newer technology to take xrays of my sinuses and teeth (based on the description of my symptoms, they used some machine that spins around your head instead of the normal xray procedure — bonus: less radiation exposure with this cool contraption) to identify the cause of my pain. Within minutes of my films being ready, the doctor came in to tell me the «good news» about the cause of my agony not being my teeth. He even showed me the films and thoroughly explained what the heck we were looking at, instead of looking at images that could literally be ink blots for a psych evaluation. He gave me advice on how to try to mitigate an occurrence of getting, or prolonging, a sinus infection, prescribed meds, explained why he was prescribing the antibiotics he chose, shook my hand, and wished me well.
Of course I left elated that I didn’t have to get all numbed up, drilled on, and mouth violated, and of course, I scheduled a follow up for a cleaning and exam for, yep, a Saturday! No more missing work to see the dreaded dentist. Maybe my luck is starting to be more like the luck of the Irish… his office is in Dublin after all!

Dr. Catherine and Jeanie were so nice. I love my dentist and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The staff is is great, the office is beautiful and they really care about giving good service.

You can believe me when I say that I HATE going to the dentist. But I actually like this place! (shocker) My dentist is Dr. Karen, and she is super nice and really cool. The place has a really good atmosphere and everyone was extremely friendly. I was happy to make a another appointment with Dr. Karen.
If you don’t go here I don’t know where else you would go!

I hate making appointments to go to the dentist. I hate going to the dentist. But I love walking out with a slippery set of pearly whites. I swear All-​In-​One Dental has an identity issue — it thinks its a day spa! Seriously. Super clean and what i can only describe as serene inside.
Went in for general cleaning, and everyone from the front desk to my hygenist were genuinely very nice. In fact, maybe too nice. While my mouth was open and being stuffed with all kinds of stainless, she started to ask me a bunch of questions. Some i could nod to, but others required a more detailed response. I mumbled best i could. Ha
Anyway, got done pretty quick but i never felt rushed like at other places. Checkout was just as smooth as check in. They even got my daughter to get through the process without crying. How sweet.

Okay, let me start by saying that EVERYONE hates going to the DDS like going to the THE DMV. But I have hit the root of the jackpot. From Harvard trained, friendly and comprehensive practitioner to his über friendly and knowledgeable staff: this is THE SPOT. The office is run like clockwork without the factory assembly feel. I’m getting ready to get my smile on. Porcelain crowns are done on site. This place is the Google of high-​tech clinical dentistry. I’m home!

I brought my both my kids here since it was close to my work, and they could be seen during their winter break which wasn’t the case with their pediatric dentist.
Long story short, Dr. Huang and his staff have raised my expectations of the whole dentist experience, so much that my husband and I will be leaving our current dentist of 8 years. I’m glad we found a new family dentist.
