Provides dance education to public schools in the Bay area during school hours and after school programs. Provides dance and theater productions for community events.

History

Established in 2010.

The business started as a result of several parents asking me to instruct their children in dance and theater arts. I have a background in pediatric nursing, performing as a dancer and in musical theater as well as part of creative teams for original productions in NYC. I have trained with luminaries such as Luigi, Dana Moore, Elyah Gaft and more in NYC. My style of teaching emphasizes collaboration, self respect and respect for others, striving for personal bests, and joy for problem solving, learning and acheiving.

Business Owner

Margie is a certified dance and pilates instructor. Relocated to Bay Area from NY. Experienced instructor, director and choregrapher including off broadway production of an new musical «No More Waiting». Over 12 years of teaching dance to all age groups, as well as directing and choreographing musicals. Currently working as an artist in residence /​theater instructor and choreographer for a Summit Charter High School in San Jose. Directed and choregraphed musicals in San Ramon for BACT, and SJOA in also San Jose area with Starting Arts and Operacultura. Chairman of the Arts Advisory Committe for the city of San Ramon. Selected to choreograph a new Opera by Hector Armentia from OperaCultura this coming year in San Jose. Member of Dance Masters of America, Dancer’s Group of SF and California Dance alliance as well as IDEA fitness organization.
