I purchased a Porsche Cayenne these guys are shady 1^st they were trying to make me pay a $ 500 bank fee to finance the vehicle & the sales guy was trying to convinced me that it was for my down payment & I caught it on the sales contract that was not part of my down payment he explained to me on the phone that I need more money down & it wasn’t going to be listed on the contract so he gave me back my $ 500 check I was really tired it was late at night so I bought the vehicle & when I got home the check engine light is on & the stereo is crapy they won’t return back any of my calls THIS CAR IS A LEMON. these guys are sneaky and underhanded I am pissed that I’m stuck with a car I cannot drive they totally took advantage of me because I’m a young female with know car buying experience I am so sad I spent my last to buy this vehicle.

Bought a used truck from B & B and I was purchasing from out of state, when I asked them to pick me up at the airport so I could make my test drive back to the dealership they wouldn’t consider doing that. When I arrived to close the deal the truck was dirty and had no gas and the salesman could do nothing but give excuses indicating they didn’t have a person that could wash the vehicle and then started whining that I was squeezing him on the price because I expected the gas tank to be full and not empty. Steve and Chris knew I’d flown into Oakland to purchase the car for an agreed upon price and that I wouldn’t walk away from the deal based on my travel so they did everything possible to be cheapskates. I would never purchase anything from this dealership again.

I found B&B on carguru — they had a couple of cars of interest so I traveled over to Dublin to get a better look — I’m glad that I did …
All the cars on their lot were in exceptional condition. I had arranged a test drive in advance and was very pleased with the reception I received when I got to the lot — no sales jargon — straight on to the test drive.
I liked the car I drove a-​lot (Porsche 911) it was in great shape and drove really well but it needed some work to bring it up to the condition that I wanted it to be in before I could commit to buying it (e.g. fix damaged tire, fix a couple of dings and scratches). I discussed this with them and we made a conditional agreement. They delivered on all the items and presented me with car that was immaculate inside and out.
Overall they, and Steve in particular who I dealt with the most, were straight forward and aligned with my interests as a customer. Steve was committed to providing a quality service and a quality car. The experience was far better than I have had elsewhere buying new or used cars. I give them an ¹⁰⁄₁₀. Thanks guys!

I was trying to see if I can post less than 1 star. I would never use these guys. I drove on the lot trying to buy a truck I saw. I had dealt with the owner before who was very nice. However, this time there was a sales guy that was very rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Talk about pushy. I was so uncomfortable I called my husband and asked him to deal with it. He went the same day and had the same experience with the person. WATCH OUT! There are so many places out there to buy a used car, there is NO reason to have someone disrespect you. I will never buy from them.
When we confronted him about how he acted he used the F word and was very defensive.

I purchased a used BMW 3 series from B and B Motorsports recently, and found them to be very professional and knowledgeable on the cars in stock. They had several cars that I was interested in and found that the car I came to see was the car for me. When it came to negotiations, It was easy as ever, I got a great deal on the car and a great deal on a warranty for the car, what more could you ask for!?! Thank You Brad!

Brad is somebody to watch out for. My wife and I purchased a 2007 Lexus from Brad well over a year ago, and had nothing but problems after the purchase. The price was good, and he was very nice over the phone, but it was nothing but smoke and mirrors. 6 months passed without receiving the registration, and when confronted we were given one excuse after another. Come to find out, at the time of sale he did not own the car and did not have the pink slip either. After 6 months he had still failed to pay the previous owner. Only after I started contacting the proper authorities, did he finally finish through with the registration. By that time, the smog certificate had expired and of course I never got reimbursed for the second smog he forced me to do (and said he would pay). Think twice before dealing with Brad– its not worth the headache.
Edit: What are the chances that after a year, the day I choose to speak my mind… 2 other people do the same.
