Standard fare for ice cream as with all Baskin-Robbins but the service could be a lot better! I was ignored for at least five minutes even though three of the people working there saw me.

The problem is two employees, first one being Abby, trying to do the right thing(she made my ice cream) and then a girl named Tiffany who made my friends ice cream. Tiffany then yelled at Abby in front of me and my friend(the customers). How un professional. I think the manager/owner needs to explain it is not the place to criticize another employee in front of the public/customers. It is something that needs to be in away from the public/customers.

I felt bad for the guy working there because he was the only guy working there. He was very nice and friendly, but one guy working there slows everything down. We had to wait 20 mins for our shakes, and there was a long growing line. Clearly understaffed

Today, 08÷15÷15 I stopped in this Baskin Robbins for a yummy milkshake. I am giving 5 Starr rating for the Excellent Customer Service given by one of your store clerks her name is Ashley R. There was a long line and she handled herself in a professional yet fun persona! :) Thanks Ashley, for making my milkshake yummy! And especially being efficient and quick with the long line of customer’s. Keep up the great work with customer’s. Just remember all good things Will come back to you! :) Enjoy your Senior year .have fun and be that person you want to become for the future… do what makes YOU Happy :) I sent a online Customer letter of praise to the Baskin Robbins Corporate letting them know You had provided Superior Customer Service upon my store visit.

Every time I come here, it’s only staffed by one person! Not sure if the owners are trying to save money but one worker isn’t sufficient when a huge crowd rolls in! This place is particularly small — only 4 seats and 2 tables inside… And no outdoor seating available. Ice cream flavors are the same as other Baskin Robbins places.

This BR is a solid 3 stars. Most of the folks who work there are friendly and it’s reasonably clean considering the foot traffic the small location sees. It’s in shopping strip and generally you can find parking, though if things are busy at Ranch 99 it’s often easer to find a spot on to the right of BR(if you are facing it). My family comes here at least every other week. My wife and son love ice cream and this is one of the cornerstone sweet tooth stops for them. I like the selection and quality of ice cream at BR, and the servings(thought someone inconsistent) and generally a good side. The rotation of one or two flavors every month is a nice change to what could get tiring for me.

I live in Antioch/Brentwood and apparently Dublin/Plesanton must have gold in their ice cream to cost $ 1.50+ more than other Baskin Robbins. I was have a huge craving for a banana royale so I had to feed the beast. The attendant pumped one time on the fudge topping which barely covered one of my scoops. I said can you give me more to cover the other scoop. She said it would cost extra. Ummm… humm… she pumped one more time but it was still barely any and watery for FUDGE. The total ended up costing $ 8.31 for something that was a far cry from any of their sundae pictures. I expressed my disappointment which provided no result. It was extremely disappointing to have to pay extra for mediocre service and product. First and last time going there.

The ice cream is delicious but this location is super dirty and cramped. They do chocolate fudge and Jamoca almond fudge very well.

Baskin Robbins has always had outstanding service, revolving flavors while still maintaining favorites like peanut butter chocolate or daiquiri ice(I’m probably the only one who likes that flavor). Two regular scoops gets a free waffle cone. Just writing this review, making me think of it, fighting the urge…

Had a great experience ordering a birthday cake here! I called in to order and the lady on the phone was very polite and helpful and picking it up was a breeze. I will definitely order my ice cream cakes at this location from now on, it’s waaaay better service than Cold Stone in Dublin

I’m normally not a fan of Baskin Robbins, but when they have these cool $ 0.99 softserve deals going, who could resist? PLUS, this particular Baskin Robins is the only location that doesn’t consistently run out of my favorite flavor: Wild N’ Reckless! Seriously perfect and fruit, just how I like it. I can’t pinpoint it’s exact flavor, but it’s a true addiction and I love it. My friend lives in west Dublin, so we often make the trip out here when we can after doing some shopping or just feel like demolishing insane amounts of Ice Cream The waffle cone is so good, too. Sometimes on the right day, I treat myself to a double scoop, but usually can’t end up finishing it. You get a lot of ice cream for what you end up paying. Plus, it’s next to Ranch 99, so it’s pretty convenient.

Your basic Baskin Robbins ice cream store, only a bit smaller than most. I always get two scoops in a cup: Pistachio on the bottom and Jamocha Almond Fudge on top. Enough said. We ordered a custom cake here and it was easy. Called in advance and it was ready for pick up as ordered. Busy on the weekends, but that’s good. I recommend.

Don’t assume that this is a family-friendly establishment. I brought in my 6 yr old and was astonished to hear them blasting music laced with explicit lyrics.

I grew up going here for my ice cream treats. Tasty ice cream without any gimmicks. The people are nice enough. The place is tiny. And it’s all sort of pricey, but it is a good place especially when you don’t need a cold stone sort of experience.

So, all of us fitness/health conscious types don’t eat ice cream anymore(it’s not PC) right? Wrong! On occasion, I’ve gotta have a scoop of Peanut Butter ‘n Chocolate from BR! Last night I stopped by to get me a scoop of «ice cream love.» WOW, it was SO good! The girl behind the counter was friendly, scooped a giant scoop and delivered the goods in the best possible manner! Nothing wrong with BR ice cream every now and again… despite its overwrought«corporate» influence. Who runs BR, anyway? Uggh… not to get off topic, but last night was amazing! I hope you’ll call me again sometime, I think what we shared was special. 3.25 ice-creamy stars from this Unilocaler.

Brought the family here last week. Good ice cream, but that is about it. No room to sit and tables are dirty. We always sit outside on the benches as a compromise. I could imagine my 3 year old with ice cream in the car.

It’s a typical Baskin Robbins, nothing different here. I happen to like Baskin Robbins. They always have plenty of flavors. I like that they offer kid cones and smaller portions. I really like that they list all the calories and have slightly healthier choices(reduced sugar, reduced fat, sherberts and the like). My husband and I are trying a reduced sugar kick so we only ordered cones for the kids. Service was friendly, and the kids loved the colorful sherbert they picked out. It’s all about the visual for them. Of course, I ended up «helping» my daughter lick the cone so it wouldn’t drip. So much for my reduced sugar diet. The sherbert was delicious.

This has to be the smallest and dirtiest BR I have ever been to. Last night, the husband and I walked in after having a quick dinner nearby and with the crowd, the fact they were out of mint chocolate chip ice cream and the pure filth of the floor, we turned around and walked out vowing to never come back. MEH does not even begin to describe this location…
