Made appointment. Mr. Jackson came as expected. I asked him to park and come from back of the house where air conditioning located and we have other entrance. He went to his car and just disappeared.

Stan came out and fixed my bad contactor. On time arrival, very friendly, honest and complete pleasure to do business with. Give this gentleman a try you’ll be very satisfied.

AC wasn’t working so called Jackson and Associates. After a brief consult regarding the basics(fuses, circuit breakers, etc), Stan and his son Matt came out within the hour. Both were very friendly, polite, and professional. Within ten minutes they diagnosed the problem(a blown cap) and had it fixed and tested ten minutes later. Very reasonable service visit cost and charge for replacement part. These guys were all about great service and value. Highly, highly recommended.

Stan Jackson is stellar! Not only is he knowledgeable, he is also very honest. I called him to fix a broken dishwasher. It wouldn’t drain and the pipes were clogged from having sat there unused for weeks. He could have just charged me to drain and«fix it», but he explained that the reason this was happening is because the garbage disposal was missing an air gap. Go figure! He showed integrity telling me the source of the problem. If he had said nothing, I’m sure we would be calling him regularly to fix the broken dishwasher that won’t drain. Instead, he told us to get a plumber to install the missing air gap, and that took care of the problem permanently. I will call Stan for anything else that breaks!

I’ve seen Stan twice in 21 years. The first time was 1992, when he came and recharged my central A/C unit(in a house I just bought) that Comerford’s said needed replacing. Stan fixed a small freon leak and recharged the system for a nominal price. 21 years later, the unit would run only intermittently and I thought it was either low on freon again or actually shot… it was mfg in 1978, the year the house was built. Well, Stan came by and found that a wire was loose internally. He fixed it, checked out the unit and declared it good to go. My 35 year old A/C unit is again cooling my house. He’s older now and only does repairs, so you don’t have to worry about him trying to sell you a new unit; because he doesn’t do installations anymore. I can’t recommend him more highly for any A/C evaluations and/or repairs.

I was referred to him through my home warranty company. He responded quickly to the service request and set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to fix the old wiring of the 20 year old stove. I dont know about his pricing because I went through warranty but he did a good job for me.
