We are a family owned and operated spa that was established in 1981. We offer all types of facials and waxing. We are very well known for our brazillian and bikini waxing. Our goal is and always has been to give great service with affordable prices. Our prices are generously below our competitors and guarentee you will be treated like part of our family here at Jolie. Established in 1981.

We were one of the first skin care businesses in the tri-valley established over thirty years ago. We are a family owned business with three generations.

I am visiting and needed a wax. I called over and got an appointment for that day. (thank goodness!) Brazillian was $ 40, not bad at all! The place is really clean and very cute. Tammi was very professional. She had no problems removing all the hair and I was very pleased with the result.
I did need to do the «dog position» that others complained about. I agree, not the most effective way to remove hair and makes the client feel a bit silly. Only complain I have.

I was in desperate need of a brazillian wax and found this place on Unilocal.I was able to get an appointment same day and when I got there the staff was very friendly. I went to Gina for my appt — she was great, and FAST (15 mins). She did an excellent job and prices were very affordable. I am definitely going back!

Jolie European Skin and Waxing is an excellent salon for waxes. I have been going to Tammy and Jeanne for the last 10 years, and they do a great job every single time!
If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to get a wax, you should give them a try!

I’m an eyebrow freakazoid!!! To me they are an obsession & one of the first things I notice on a person! I have been going to Jeanna (said like Gina. This is Tammy’s daughter) for a while now and I love her!!! Besides being a sweet caring person she is amazing at what she does. Any time before coming here I would say I hate hard wax– especially having such sensitive skin but now I will say I really think it depends on the person doing it! She mad me feel comfortable and her confidence showed right off the bat making me… the eyebrow freak trust her enough to let her do her own thing. I recommend her to everyone I know and will drive here no matter where I live forever to maintain these perfect brows of mine :)
Oh and ps– I have never experienced the «double dipping» some have mentioned… I know a lot of these reviews are old but I felt it was important to mention this as well… I am a licensed cosmetologist so I know what to look for, what is safe & unsafe and also what most importantly is sanitary!

I have been going to Jolie European since they were in Pleasanton. I think they are awesome. I usually go to Tammi, but her daughter Gina is really good too. They always make you feel completely comfortable, and since bikini waxing can be a bit embarrassing this is very important to me. I read a previous review that said the place is dirty and disgusting. That could not be farther from the truth. If ultra fancy place and price are what your looking for this may not be your place, but if you want a clean, comfortable, nice place to get your hoo ha waxed this is your place. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been a customer of Jolie’s for about two years and because of their great service and personable staff I’ll continue to be a loyal customer. Their prices are affordable and now they are located downstairs on the street frontage, next to Casper’s Restaurant so it’s very easy to find.
The reception area is welcoming and your wait time is never more than 5 minutes. I usually see Jeanne for my waxing but I’d recommend anyone on staff because you’ll be provided the same level of professionalism and care. Jeanne is such a sweet lady –she makes my waxing experience much more bearable and she’s efficient! Chris at the front desk is excellent. He also always makes sure you receive a phone call a day or two to remind you of your appointment and rescheduling is never a problem because their very accommodating. With my hectic schedule I appreciate that : —)

I love the staff at Jolies!
I have been seeing Tammy and her mom Jeanne for years now and having nothing but good things to say. But if you’re going for a Brazilian Tammy’s your gal and Jeanne’s great for facials. They are both very friendly, warming and make you feel completely comfortable from the moment you step in the door. I live in Hayward and happily make the commute to see them each month. This is the only place I will go to! They’re the best! Oh and I can’t forget about Chris, their receptionist. He’s always so sweet and professional. All in all they have a great staff and great service!

Chris has always managed to squeeze me in during all of my «help! I’ve got an unexpected trip that’s popped up!» and Tammi and Jeanne are just so warm and welcoming that I have not went anywhere else for two years now.
