Moo Moo Car Wash

I’m knocking some stars off this time because I paid for the whole milk car wash which means basically everything should be included in this package to clean your car at the wash. I come out of my car noticing the back of my car still had been dirty and it didn’t look like the brushes at this car wash did a decent job to clean that area.
I typically won’t spend $ 10 to wash my car and in the past before these car wash places opened, I would have never gone through a car wash place to wash my car. Although because it became trend, I was starting to do it more and more because I didn’t have time to wash my own car, but now I see if you wash your own car you basically are saving yourself the time, money and hassle of redoing what a car wash missed.
My advice to anyone that does notice this in the future, is to address it with the guys at the car wash so you get what you paid for. You should never leave the car wash feeling like something was messed up.

Got my car washed today. Everything was fine and dandy until I got it washed. After exiting I decided to vacuum my car and check out how well moo moo car wash washed my car. Unfortunately so many streaks across my windows and dirt remained on the driver side handle.
Not what I was expecting.

The prices are reasonable, but you get what you pay for. For some reason the machine always skips my trunk area. I know they have to design these things to fit a wide variety of cars and trucks. My car isn’t that unusual, not shaped funny or anything.
Kind of hard to get the car aligned up with the narrow track that guides you. People directing you think you’re an expert at this while I’m trying not to puncture my tires.
For a quick inexpensive cleanup without standing outside spraying a hose, it’ll do. The free vacuums are good but you have to squeeze into the tiny parking lanes.

They send you through too quick and car doesn’t get dry so have to wipe down some. Good value for quick wash. Realize they need to get cars through for flow but needs to be a few seconds slower. Used to run a car wash and dealt with this all the time. Busy days are tough.

Poorly designed traffic flow. Hard to get in and out of when traffic is not light. But most importantly, it does a really lousy job of cleaning your car. Last two times I got out at home after using this wash there were large sections of the car that were only partially clean, or were untouched from when I entered. There are a number of better alternatives up and down Sawmill.

Recently I had some damage during a routine cleaning and the staff was very professional and handled everything above and beyond expected. GREAT customer service. Highly recommend.

Avoid this car wash. The brushes turned my new BMW into a damn golfball. They beat dents into it and now it isn’t worth shit. It also scratched the hell out of my moms accord. She had to get a new paint job.

This is the only car wash i’ll go to in the city!
Free vacuums: check.
Cheap, decent quality wash: check.
Friendly, helpful staff: quadruple check.
About a month ago I was vacuuming my car and like an idiot, i locked myself out of the car without my phone, keys, or purse. I went inside to ask to use the phone. The attendent not only helped get a hold of AAA, he got me a chair to relax in and then attempted to unlock my car for me as AAA said they would be 40 minutes. He literally tried to open my door with a tool he made for a half an hour. Ultimately it was unsuccessful and AAA came to fix it, but the guy was SO NICE. I’d rather go to this place because I know the staff will do their best to help out their customers.

The only redeeming quality of this car wash is that the vacuums are free. I paid $ 10 and took my Equinox through and it didn’t get the bug guts or all the dirt off my car. I told the manager, he made some excuses about the bruahes being so gentle that they won’t even clean his Honda Accord. He let me go through again for free and it still didn’t clean my vehicle all the way. Definitely won’t return to this car wash.

Just disappointed. I purchased the most expensive wash and not only are there still bug guts on my windshield but there was not enough rinse to get all the soap off my vehicle. The track moves so fast that there’s just not enough time for the few rinse cycles to get it all off. Won’t be back. Waste of $ 10.

Fast friendly and efficient. The services are great and I love the unlimited pass, However the real measure of how much I enjoy this car wash was when my truck was vandalized with white spray paint (didn’t go well with the black truck). After running the truck through the wash once, with little effect, Brandon and Austin gave me personal attention and brought out their special cleaner which along with a little of their elbow grease, loosened up the spray paint. One more time through the wash and the truck was as good as new. Thanks guys!

I’m very happy that the manager responded to my review. I had an issue with the quality of service I received on that day and the response I got from the employee on duty. They were more than accommodating and I will definitely go back.

One of the better car washes, free vacuums. However the last car wash didn’t get everything off, but normally this is not the case and that one was free so :) .
They also offer doggy bones if you have your dog in the car with you! I have done this twice… however bringing a dog through the car wash is not a great idea as it could frighten them and it presents a challenge when you are vacuuming up their hair.
The staff here is always awesome too.

Convenient location with reasonable prices. Free vacuum. Recycled water.
A good spot for a quick clean, go somewhere else for a more thorough interior cleanse.
The wash:
$ 8 low fat: I’ll start by saying, I drive a box. Getting a great wash on the back panel has never been accomplished in a simple drive through car wash. Moo Moo was no different. The back of my car was washed, but definitely not dried. Overall, I was satisfied with the wash. The vacuum, however, was really pathetic. I needed to get up oodles of dog hair, which the «high powered» vacuum was unable to accomplish. Definitely a disappointment.

This is the only place I go to take my baby for her wash. They are pretty quick and efficient even when it is backed up. You pay with cash or CC after picking what level wash you want (the cutesie fat free, low fat, full levels) drive it in with some assistance from the guys waving you either left or right and let it rip!
Then you pull around to vacuum out your car while listening to either your own music or the stuff they have pumping out over the speakers. Very good vacuums too that are free. And if you are like me, this is the time you dump all the trash you have thrown in the back of your car or in some other bin into their trash cans.

Moo Moo is the best carwash in town! The only place that cleans every inch of both my Mini Cooper and minivan!!! No spot is missed and the price is lowest on town, highly recommend the monthly pass if you live near by. Please build a moo moo on the Westerville side of Polaris.

After filling my tummy across the street at Graffiti Burger I took advantage of this car wash barn on the corner of Sawmill & Summer Drive a block north of Hard Road. The entrance/​exit to this place is on Summer Drive and can be a lil funky getting in and out of here.
This is a franchise auto-​wash where you pay at a drive up kiosk and then an attendant guides you in but doesn’t pretreat your vehicle like other places. 5 Bucks for their «fat-​free» wash got me a basic wash, rinse and air dry. While it did a good job of knocking off the road dirt and dust it didn’t do a very good job of cleaning off bug gunk on the front. And it’s didn’t do a great job on the ass-​end of my Elemental either, C’est la vie.
After you get your wash they have a series of free vaccums and a small store selling cleaning items and smellables for your ride. I do like that they reclaim much of the water used in your wash and they claim that each wash uses less than 30 gallons of fresh water. The place is also lit with LED lighting and other energy friendly policies plus involvement with the local community makes this a good place for a quick wash if you are in the area.

Reasonably priced washes, free vacuuming and located next to grocery store, laundromat and bank– what more could you need?! I will let you in on the secret to getting more suction out of the vacuums. Make sure the other vacuums (not in use) are in their holders and are stuck to the little flaps! This closes off their suction and brings more power to you. Try it, I guarantee it should help!

The moo moo car wash is reasonably priced and does a great job, plus you get to use their vacuums for free! We the vacs aren’t crazy good, but they do a fair job. I have already been back. Yay for a great product with freebies!

I love that I have a car wash right by my house! I am very lazy about washing my car:) I think I will do better now that I can’t use the «it’s too far away» excuse. I love that it is called Moo Moo… like cows have anything to do with clean cars! The name and the fact that the building is a barn draws your attention to it… smart:) It is reasonably priced ($ 5 for basic or «fat free” — $ 9 for ultimate or «whole wash»). Plus the vacuums are free to use. It is very nice and new right now… hopefully it stays that way.
