Pricing is okay here. But the food is totally worth it! If you haven’t tried the crust with honey, you absolutely should!

Came here one Friday evening with some friends over dinner. Luckily there was no wait!
PARKING: Located in the new plaza in Dublin, plenty of parking! Though you may have to park a bit further. There are so many eateries and shops at this plaza. It always seems to be popping!
SEATING: Limited indoor seating as it seemed like their outdoor patio had more seating. There are some regular tables, booths, and high top tables. Outdoor patio is pretty cool with a bar outside too!
FOOD: Of course they’re known for their pizza! Deep dish is delicious and a must-​have. For the four of us, a 14″ deep dish and 10″ thin crust did the trick! Love that you can do half and half on the pizzas — it’s like getting four different pizzas!
I’m a big fan of the BBQ Chicken (comes with jalapeños on top). The Matt Cain (pepperoni and sausage) is great for meat lovers. We also tried the Blanco Verde (cheesy pesto) and classic Margherita, both of which was a great and light contrast to the heavy meat pizzas.
Would definitely come back here! Great service and very accommodating. Everyone was friendly!

Excellent spot for an easy, sunny day. One cannot beat a large c salad and a small thin crust two topper for $ 10 anywhere in California. See vice was top-​notch, shout-​out to Christina. Totally chill, smart, straight up and emotionally intuitive to your quirks and perks!
Music is bomb; sitting outside on a seriously summer day and feeling cool and happy in one’s skin while enjoying ambience, pizza and Pinot Grigio; what else is required for easy bliss? Not to mention, it’s smack-​dab next to my favorite Sur La table and TJM Home; I know you see me on the video…

I’m pleased to be able to update my review for Patxi’s especially after our first dining experience was a bit of a bust.
The manager had reached out to me after I posted my review… and let me tell you… Patxi’s has excellent customer service, and truly take into consideration every Unilocaler’s review and feedback.
We definitely enjoyed our second dining experience, and since we knew to order the deep dish right away, we weren’t «hangry» by the time it arrived. We also ordered the Italian Piadine which was the perfect entrée for a warm sunny day. My husband and I absolutely loved the crunchy shell!
Patxi’s is definitely our go-​to when the craving for a deep dish hits.

Good atmosphere and even better food. Pizza took around 20 minutes but it was definitely filling and worth the wait.

Great ambiance, outdoor patio, with a bar, TVs and good pizza. Our group ordered the meatballs, thin crust prosciutto and arugula, follow by the deep dish spinach and pesto and the Matt Cain.
So why the 2 stars? We were sat fairly quickly, but then waited for a while for someone to take our drink & food order, while we could see 3 workers stand around, shoot the shit, and do absolutely nothing. It took a nice lady (owner/​manager?) who was sitting in the patio herself eating, to take our drinks and had the bar tender come out and take our food order. Our waiter didn’t show up until mid way during our meal. When the food was delivered, the person asked if we wanted cheese and ranch dressing and we said yes, only for it not to arrive and us to re-​request. When a drink arrived with a problem again a promise to resolve the issue was never followed up.
If they can fix their service problem this could be a good place to come and enjoy a night out!

Got the Special thin crust pizza. It has sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomato sauce, and cheese. Fresh ingredients, nothing was overpowering therefore I could taste the individual ingredients. The bell peppers and mushrooms weren’t over cooked. Not too oily. Just enough cheese and sauce.
A bit expensive. 10″ for $ 21+tax and tip and no leftover.

Patxi’s has the BEST happy hour! Not only do they offer great deals, but the outdoor bar and patio are huge and just screaming to be filled with fun-​seeking people on a warm summer evening.
Monday through Friday from 3 to 6pm, you can get $ 2 off appetizers and beer, $ 3 off wine and signature cocktails, and $ 5 well cocktails and personal pizzas.
I haven’t eaten at this location yet but have enjoyed many pizzas, salads and appetizers at the Livermore location. However my friend ordered a small pizza to-​go during our visit and said she devoured it like a wild beast when she got home. She only let me smell it. She’s mean.

First time here… Very trendy feel to the place… I had the mint cucumber cocktail and stormy weather that were right on… We ordered the bruschetta that was different and fresh. My son had a 10″ californian deep dish and he was full after two slices… More like a lasagna than a pizzza… I had the bbarbecue deep and same moist thick feeling, not like the thin pizzas from dominos… Need to come back an try the thin crust.
Oh… Just got the bill… Not your cheap pizza place…$ 100 for two… Thats with three drinks…

Since I have been to Patxis Pizza in Lafayette so I had some idea what the food should have been like. The new Dublin location kitchen needs improvement. The booth that my wife and I sat at was made for little people. With my back directly against the booth back my chest was about 6 inches from the table. Im a big guy but this booth made me feel like «Hulk Hogan». We ordered the following:
Cesar salad 4 stars nicely dressed we shared good portions
Meatball appetizer 3 stars good taste but came 4 small meatballs in a baked dish and sauce. The appetizer that was served at the Lafayette location was one huge meatball and was what I expected.
Deep dish pizza 2.5 stars the pizza was very soggy and just bled all over the plate when cut. See pics It was almost like a crusty stew.
The service excellent at both locations and our server was super nice. Plenty of parking in the new shopping center.

My friend was visiting from out of town and so I decided to take her around town of my favorite restaurants around my neighborhood. She was craving for pizza and I knew exactly where to take her! She’s a huge fan of Zachary’s Pizza but I told her that she would definitely love Paxti’s much better!
She was excited to try it, our server was not very attentive and ignored us. We waited a good 35 minutes for our 35 inch Half Matt Cain Half Pesto but we expected to wait that long because we know that the deep dish takes awhile to bake.
We were so excited to have as we were starving and yes the 35 inch large was just for us two ladies! When the pizza finally arrived my excitement immediately turned to disappointment as this was not how it is normally made. My deep dish pizza was definitely NOT deep dish. I told a few waiters but none of them were interested in helping me and my server never came back to serve us. It was not until the MANAGER came around to do her rounds and ask us how things were. I explained to her I come here regularly and this is not how deep dish is typically made and she absolutely agreed as it was freakishly thin.
With no hesitation she was quick to fix the problem and offered to re-​make it and we were welcome to munch on the pizza we were given since we were hungry. The fact that she did not question but she was apologetic that our pizza was not made to normal standard and make it right to the customer just goes above and beyond. I have worked in the food service industry for 18 years now and managed for 10 so I know that you can not just have good food but you have to have good service to match with it. I really appreciated that she gave us 2 — 10 inch personal pizzas to take home, it was not really necessary but we are grateful for her high customer service.
I am assuming she was the General Manager as she was very caring and thoughtful to ensure her customers are happy!
I will definitely be back and keep bringing more friends and family here. Just as long as the pizza stays consistent and they train their pizza bakers well, I will definitely be back!

I left this Patxi’s feeling «meh». Granted, I did order a thin crust at a deep dish restaurant; however I was disappointed by the under-​par margherita pizza I received. The cheese was rubbery, obviously fake, and peeled off when you bit into it much like a Little Caesar’s. Tomato sauce was slightly watery and not evenly spread across the crust, some underside spots of the crust were soggy, and the entire pie was a bit cold. I heard from my family that the deep dish pizza they ordered could have been warmer as well.
The service was good. Quick to refill drinks and offered us Parmesan cheese and ranch on the side, but we had to linger awhile for our check to be picked up. Also, the A/​C blasting throughout the entire restaurant on a windy and rainy night made it a little uncomfortable to sit still.
I’ve heard good things about the Livermore and Campbell locations from the family members I dined with tonight, but this one in particular was just okay for me.

I dined here recently with 10 of my coworkers. We were initially seated outside near the bar but it started to rain. The restaurant quickly secured an indoor table for us. The service was attentive and friendly.
We ordered the following:
–Patxi’s Favorite (deep dish) — Pepperoni, mushroom, olives
–Spinach Pesto (deep dish) — I did not get to try this one but my colleagues really liked it.
–Matt Cain in a thin crust. This pizza was delicious! The dough was thin and flavorful and topped with my childhood favorite: pepperoni and sausage.
The deep dish Favorite was comparable to Zachary’s. Each table has a bottle of honey to dip with your crust!
The thin crust is one of the best in the area! I can’t wait to bring my wife and kids here.
The parking situation at lunch may be tough. I’d definitely come back!

Dear sweet heaven, this place is freakin’ good! Having deep dish pizza here and Zachery’s has inspired me to want to visit Chicago and taste their version of the deep dish pizza. I am just so happy that this place is close to work!
So, I introduced my two coworkers to this place and they too enjoyed the pizza. We ordered online the medium sized deep dish pizza, the «special» one. I think it is good for 3 – 4 people. After we were done, there were still two slices left, well, one and ¾th of a slice left because I wanted just a tad bit more. The Special includes sausage, onions, green bell peppers, and mushrooms. We added in there, spinach and garlic. The combination of everything is just magnificent! The crust is delicious and they give you honey packets to put on the crust and it is YUM! I mean I could just enjoy the crust by itself because it is that spectacular! Whatever they put in that dough makes me wanna say WHOA!
I am definitely looking forward to coming back here!

First of all I’m a fan of Patxis but not this location. I’ve given them three opportunities to get it right and they’ve failed all three times. My most recent order to Patxis included 2 deep dish pizzas and when I arrived home for the family to enjoy I immediately noticed how burnt the crust was. It was 7:15 and it was about 30 minutes past our kids normal dinner time and everyone was hungry and expecting some deep dish pizza.
Im concerned that their pizza makers and management staff are willing to put out such a poorly made product that we paid over $ 60 for. Its obvious some additional training is needed at this location.
Unfortunately this location needs much improvement in pizza quality before I go back. For the record, they gave me a $ 30 gift card for messing up my previous order a few weeks before.

I love Patxi’s they cannot do wrong by me.
Called in to order a large deep dish Greek ($ 33) half bake for take out. It was ready & waiting as quoted by the order taker.
The server that helped during the pick up was nice. He showed me the pie and gave me a bag with containers of red pepper, parmesan cheese and honey packets.
The pie was great. Easy to finish the baking process with instructions printed on the box. I haven’t had a bad pie from any of the locations.
The pizza fatty in me is rejoicing about this location being closer to home and close to the freeway.

Alcohol:
— Lemon Drop: so far, Jorge makes it good!
— Firestone Walker 805: if you haven’t tried this blonde ale yet, I highly recommend it. It’s citrus-​y, it’s light, no– you won’t get drunk off of this. There’s little carbonation, so inhaling this won’t hurt your throat.
— have you seen how the warm lemon/​tea is served? LOL we asked for one when my friend was sick. Came out in a cute little tea like setting.
— Rum & Coke: they’ll ask you which rum you’d like!
— There’s 20+ beers on draft. DUDE almost beer heaven.
Appetizer:
— Artichoke Dip: the crostini that it came with had a nice crunch to it– but when our bartandress told us it’s better on foccacia bread, i was like o_​O WHAT? We could’ve had it with foccacia bread? So we ordered an extra thing of focaccia break and it was perfect on a cold day. Warm bread and dip. Be warned though, the dip has fresh jalapeño, we had runny nose and kept sniffling as we ate.
Lunch:
— Matt Cain: all meat! Pepperoni and fennel sausage. So good! I had to scrape a little of my sauce off, was a little too tick, but it was still yummie!
— Build Your Own Pizza: Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushrooms and Onions — total came out to be $ 36 and change. and yes, it was still delicious! (on a seperate date from above)
WiFi: I don’t know… I was busy talking and having a good time with my friend. It’s obvious, we didn’t pick up our phone to test out the WiFi.
Seating: There’s an outdoor patio area! Yeesssss! Heaters everywhere, and the sun when it’s out is gorgeous in a clear city like Dublin. Personally, both times we’ve been to this location, we hopped straight to the stool at the car. SPORTS ON ALL TV HERE and I like the view, full bar right under the TV.
Customer Service: (both at the bar in the outside patio– go figure Née in a bar)
— Jorge: amazing and funny! My friend and I talked about the new neighborhoods as I was showing my friend around. Will be honest about the drinks, so if you guys give him some distinct flavor to taste, he’ll mix something for you.
— Keri: (OMG, I want to say that’s her name) I didn’t hold on to the receipt, LOL– she’s great at food suggestions.
Parking: this is a busy plaza– lots of little shops and eateries. The parking lot is a bit odd, the «low emission vehicle» spots aren’t next to each other it’s randomly in the middle of the parking lot rows.

Patxi’s is my favorite of the deep dish pizzas in the area (Zachary’s, Little Star/​Blueline being the others). The pizza has a sweet sauce with tons of cheese, and a very «bready» tasting crust. This is already a good balance IMO, but in the restaurant they give you honey to balance that breadiness, which is a nice touch and definitely recommended.
Patxi’s also exceeds my other requirement of pizza, which is pizza that’s just as good the next day. It reheats well, just follow the same instructions they give you for half-​baked pizza.
This location is now the closest to my house and I’ll be visiting frequently, especially because we received such great service on our first visit. The deep dish pizza usually takes 30+ minutes to be ready, so we called ahead to order. They don’t have takeout right now since they just opened, so we made a «preorder» to be able to come in and eat right away. The girl on the phone asked the manager and got the OK, but said they were crowded so we might not get a table. Cool, so… can we just take it to go then? This was also no problem, and what we ended up doing. So we kinda bent the rules, and they didn’t care at all, just wanted to provide great customer service. Very respectable.
The inside area is pretty small, but there’s a lot of space outside to eat. I didn’t see any heat lamps out there, but other reviews state that they have them. Expect that if you eat in here, you’re probably eating outside. Thanks for opening in Dublin, now please open a location in Hayward! (Never gonna happen, I know)

The opening of this location sure came out of nowhere! I literally only found about it’s opening by shopping in the area and seeing it being built and then doing some research, I didn’t see any announcement on Facebook until it was actually open. Sneaky sneaky Patxi’s.
Anyhow, this is a great addition to Persimmon place and definitely a location I will be visiting more often. My Husband and I tend to visit the Livermore location a lot and usually after watching a movie at the regal Theater in Dublin so having this just minutes away from there it’s perfect.
The restaurant is newly built and kinda swanky with a large enclosed patio with TV’s, the menu is the same as other locations and if you are a regular of Patxi’s will see that it has changed somewhat recently. They have done away with some of their toppings (Spicy Beef and Canadian Bacon) and their ”Meatball” appetizer is now five small ones instead of the one large one. The Pizza is the same though and in my opinion the best Deep Dish you will find in the Bay Area. Of course, the thin crust is pretty darn delicious too.
As this location is brand new there may be some hiccups long the way so keep this in mind when visiting and expect the restaurant to be busy.

Whether you’re in the mood for thin crust or deep dish Chicago style, they’re both excellent here! The prices are a little high, but even a small is plenty for sharing. For me, one slice of a deep dish pizza and I’m already full!
I love that they are very accommodating to different allergies and preferences, including the option for gluten-​free and whole wheat. And don’t forget to eat the crust with the HONEY offered on the table. Yes, that’s what it’s there for. ;)
For an appetizer, try the burrata bruschetta. The creamy burrata paired with nutty pesto, roasted garlic, tomatoes, and arugula on focaccia bread is a delight!
They’ve also got a spacious outdoor patio seating that’s perfect for some wine imbibing. I was here for the soft opening and the service is already outstanding and the food top-​notch!
