Service King Collision Repair of Dublin

I’ve been having a back door problem of my sienna and this was the first time for me to go to «service king» to have my car fixed. After Mr sherman checked on my car. He said it was missing some bolts and he fixed it for free!
I was relaxing with my kids while he was working on it.
It was easy and smooth.
I was very satisfied with all his work.

I’ve heard that customer service scores low here by two family contacts, but personally I encountered highly professional and expedient service.
Now I did paint & body work myself for many years so I can tell bad to good to excellent quality of workmanship and I was especially impressed by their meticulous attention to paint. Our front end looked like a brand new car and underneath the hood was also put back together perfectly. Another great service was the rental they had waiting for us, that was convenient.

I ran over a branch and damaged my new Challenger.
Pros: Knowledgeable Efficient, Friendly, Courteous. Perfect. Great customer service. Mickey is real charmer!

My service was timely and excellent. The staff Tonya in the front made me feel comfortable. Great costumer service. Mickey’s also was a great service to my poor car that now looks like nothing ever happened. I would recommend this place.

I would give 50 stars if I could — mostly to thank Tonya and Jaime M. I arrived at 3:10pm on New Years Eve 2015 to pick up my car. I was 10 minutes late due to very, very, heavy traffic and I also new the office was to close at 3pm. I could see my car ready to go behind the gate, but the office doors were locked. Just when all hope was lost, Tonya and Jaime M. came out of the building, behind the gate, to go home.
I pleaded my case to them and without hesitation they agreed to help me. I don’t remember the last time I was so relieved. I am truly, very, very, grateful to Tonya for agreeing to open back up the office and to process the paperwork for me and to Jaime M. for getting my car for me.

What a great staff! Had a little bump along the way-​not Service Kings problem. But Mick got it fixed with no problems. He’s very professional and we will definitely come back! Thanks Service Kings!

Going to a body shop is not something anyone does in good spirits, but I was told by insurance to go see Cook’s across the street. They told me to come back next week, just to get an estimate. With my side mirror busted, this wasn’t something I wanted to wait 5 days just for an estimate.
I went to B&S and was quoted $ 400, but Service King did it for $ 315. Plus, Mike offered to polish a scratch that was not part of the repair, and added some touch up paint for me. So, yeah, I was pretty happy with them. I got my repair done in 20 minutes today during the time that I was supposed to be getting my estimate done at Cook’s.

Mick from service king was the best I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop with all the details I needed to know. Service king is 5 stars in my book. On site rental facility was a plus so it was a hassle free experience. I would highly recommend Service King to anyone for any body work and paint job.

Martin and Jesus did a great job! Martin made sure the truck looked great. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was up to par. Thanks for you work.

A week ago my windshield shattered on the freeway by flying debris and I was helped by Michael Spiteri. After showing him my vehicle, he took me through all the possible repairs, gave me a timeline for when I could expect my truck to be fixed, and gave me daily updates on the progress of the work being done. In addition, the job was done faster than expected! They worked with my insurance directly and got my truck back to me as good as new! I highly recommend Service King to anyone.

I had a great experience here. After a few estimates on my driver seat that was broken at the front hinges, I decided on Service King because Mickey made me feel comfortable and I could tell he was putting me first as a customer. That was confirmed when they fixed up my seat for less than the estimated price. Most places wouldn’t have integrity like that. When I came to pick it up, I noticed that they even cleaned 4Runner! A nice final touch to a great experience.

On 10÷12÷15 I took my week old BMW to a service center across the street to have a few scratches looked at, as I wanted them buffed out. I was told to make an appointment and come back. I drove across the street to Service King and went inside. I was quickly met by Mickey Skelson who examined my scratches. He immediately took my car back to his polisher, Jesus. Mickey kept me updated and told me that Jesus was working on the scratches. Although he was originally uncertain if they could be buffed out, they were after thirty minutes. The bill was nothing. Not only did Mickey and Jesus share the same passion about making my car look as good as I did, but they both work honestly and diligently to help me, while respecting my time. I can’t share my gratitude enough, but I can highly recommend Service King, and offer the highest recommendation for both Mickey and Jesus. Both of you guys did great work. They made my 2015 535i return to it’s showroom status! Thank you both so much, if I ever need any body work done, I will certainly return, and if you are looking for someone to work on your auto, I would highly recommend Service King– 5 STARS!!!

Hope no one has to deal with an auto wreck, but in reality if you are on the road the road, things will happen. I took my Infinity FX which was in a low speed front end collision to Service King. I did not have an appointment, they still greeting me and accommodated me. Mickey was coordinator. He took pains to explain everything in great detail. He kept me in the loop through the entire process. He sent me daily update on status.
I did not have rental coverage they even provided courtesy rental for 5 days. They detailed my car thoroughly inside and our and even fixed some older scuffs on the car, which were not related to collision.
If you have to take your car for body works, this is the only place you should!

This was the second car I had brought in for repair to Service King. Our first experience with a bumper replacement went extremely smoothly and on time as promised.
This time I brought in my subaru that had been scratched by another car in the parking lot. The damage was minor and not certain if repainting was needed. Mickey my service advisor brought out some rubbing compound as was able to remove the scratches and paint left by the other car. This was convenient for me as I did not require any repair.
In a competitive environment such as auto repair, it’s great to have repair shops that will be honest when repairs aren’t needed. Kudos to Mickey for great service

Amazing service I received from Service King! Mick and Tahn were fantastic and really took great car of my car. The estimate I received came out to be what I ended up paying… no extra charges. They kept me up to date with status by texts and calls… I was very impressed and would for sure use them again in the future!

Normally auto repair issues are such a pain to deal with, but on the 2 occasions I’ve taken my car to Service King, it’s been such a pleasure working with them! On the first occasion, they fixed my car after someone had backed into it in a parking lot, hit and run style. I drove the car to their office and they immediately sprung into action. Within a matter of minutes I was talking with someone about their estimate and handing over the keys for them to get things fixed. They handled all communications with my Insurance company while keeping me in the loop with estimates. I’m always leery of auto repair companies who seem to overcharge for work when they can submit to insurance, and Service King keep me informed at every step. I had my car back in what seemed like no time at all and they had everything fixed and my car was spotlessly cleaned inside and out.
On the second occasion, I brought my car in because I had run over something on the freeway and the lower pan had become dislodged. Again, they were very quick to address my needs and it wound up being fixable by replacing the pins. Best of all, they didn’t charge me for it even though I was more than happy to do so. Thanks for the great service! Hopefully I don’t have to come back to see you all too soon, but if I do I know that you will take care of it quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Thanks!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Used to be good when it was CarWest but after Service King took over, the service has been horrible.
Dropped off my car on Wed evening to get an estimate and it sat in the parking lot until Monday morning. No official estimate from the shop and the advisor keeps making BS excuses on the delays. He kept apologizing, but no need since it was pretty obvious that nothing was done yet.
Also why would you drive the car to move it when the car has a broken suspension. Service King just made the damage even worse before the estimate even started.
Insurance ended up telling me to bring the car to another direct repair shop. Advisor decided to write his estimate in 5 minutes right there without even lifting the car up to check underneath.
Apparently insurance has a lot of complaints about this body shop. Would not be surprised if they are removed from the direct repair list.
Lastly, they wouldn’t let the tow truck driver out of the lot when the car was being moved… guess that’s how they keep your business!

So my mom backed into my car a couple weeks ago. Shit happens, right. I have worked with B&S before and am less than impressed with their customer service, so when my mother said she had a coupon for a free rental car from Car West, I looked them up on Unilocal and thought why not give them a shot too (even though my rental is covered).
I went in, got an estimate of $ 1400 and all was good. I was set to drop my car off tomorrow. BUT… Then my mother went in for her estimate. They were happy to give her an estimate of $ 2600, but they refused to honor the rental car coupon they had issued. Four days at $ 22 per day… 88 freaking dollars against four grand in repair cost… NO CAN DO, SO SORRY. They said Service King recently purchased Car West, so that coupon is no longer any good.
But wait… It still says Car West on the building… Unilocal still has Car West… Hell, even Steve Wasniak’s picture is still in the lobby advertising Car West. Nope, sorry… All said with a smile, still anticipating our business.
When my mother related this to me, honestly it pissed me off. But then I thought… If a company is this stupid with their business practices (88/​4000= 2.2%), how great a job will they do fixing the cars they are getting paid to fix. Probably not real well.
Bottom line: Car West or Service King… or whatever the heck these schmucks are calling themselves this week… They are SHADY. They are out to take advantage of senior citizens. Don’t trust them!

In my opinion, the worst body shop I have been to.
Issues I had with this shop:
1. Poor customer service. Did not keep me informed of my car’s status. When I call them for status, they are not aware.
2. I asked for damage report and estimate. Took me several attempts and finally got it after 2 weeks.
3. Many parts are missing from my car. Rivets, bolts, tire valve caps, and even left my battery dismounted.
Take my advice. Don’t even think about bring your car here.
