They have a drive through. Service is a bit slow so don’t be in a rush coming here. Place was empty and it took 15 to get my order!!! Really?

These guys are awesome. I asked for a complicated drink. A venti quad mocha chip frap, and he did warn me that the drink may come out a tad«soupy», so I got it & it was a bit thinner than a normal frap, but it tasted really good still & they even poured the extra into a little cup & gave that to me as well! Very convenient location because of the drive-thru! The guy that took my order had a pretty cool sounding«radio» voice! Lol

Very dirty and its not even busy. This is a health issue. When they called me for my drink that was it. No getting if having a nice day, no eye contact. The drive through is not very visible. This store has been opened for a couple of months now you would think management would have figured this out.

So many employees — so not focused on getting the customer order correctly or timely. Something is wrong with the team here.

This new location in Fallon Gateway isn’t so hot. In fact it’s filled with ice; like our ice coffee that we got. 80% ice. Good thing we we have gold status and and can get free refills. But what if the Starbucks employees don’t know that? Which is what happened. They couldn’t even tell us if gold status gets free refills on ice coffees. We only found out after they swiped. Service is sub par, but this location is quite new, so it’ll have time to improve… from other customers that is. We’ll stick to the one inside Target.

I know that all new businesses experience kinks when opening, even an established business like Starbucks. I don’t know how the hiring and training process works for Starbucks, but in my head… it makes sense that they would have some employees from different stores that would go in, train new employees to get everything up and running smoothly. But clearly, that doesn’t happen. I’ve been through the drive thru and have also walked inside. I’m a patient person, but my experience combined between my five visits here, it’s been anything but pleasant. The four times that I have been in the drive thru, one time has only been less than a 20 minute wait. The one time that we went through the drive thru was at 8:45PM and there was no one in front of us. Even at that, it still took five minutes for us to get our drinks. This review is mainly on the experience I had when I went inside of the business. It was a Saturday morning, I had to be at work at 10AM on the other side of town. I arrived to this Starbucks at 9:15, more than enough time to get coffee. When I went in, there was only one person in front of me that had ordered. I ordered four frappuchinos and one hot drink. I understand, that four frappuchinos, three different kinds can be time consuming. But again, there was only one other person in front of me. I didn’t think it was a big deal. There were six employees behind the counter, «working». I put that in quotations because I’m not sure what all of them were doing. One employee, who seemed to be in charge that day, was busy making hot drinks. Then there was one at the drive thru taking orders, one making my frappuchinos, one dealing with the food and I’m not sure what the other two employees were doing to help the situation. Ten minutes goes by, I received ONE frappuchino. By this time, multiple customers have come and gone with their drinks… long after I’ve ordered. I take a drink of frap and I make a face. A face that the only employee who knew what she was doing, could tell that I wasn’t happy with my drink. I ordered a salted caramel mocha frap and it tasted like I ordered whole milk blended with ice. She insisted that they remake the drink, which I didn’t hesitate because I didn’t order blended whole milk and ice. Twenty minutes goes by. I got another drink. By this time, I knew that I wasn’t going to make it to work on time and I had to have my boyfriend come and pick up my girls from here because I knew I didn’t have time to drop them off. Long story short, I left this store at 9:50. 35 minutes to get 5 drinks. THIRTYFIVEMINUTES. I was walking out the door, telling my boyfriend that they hadn’t make his hot drink yet and that he needed to wait for it still. They were calling my name for the last drink as I was leaving. I was so irritated with that trip, that I told myself that I wouldn’t be back anytime soon. Well, I have been back, once… and again, 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru. I’m not sure how long it takes to get employees trained on «you’re in the business of making coffee in a time efficient manner». I feel like that should be the first sentence of their employee manual. But hey, they have a nifty flat screen, that shows you the baristas face when you’re ordering. So, in case you feel disconnected placing your order at the drive thru, it made it that more realistic to going inside. The first time that girl popped up on the screen, it scared me half to death. Now, I’m ready for the barista’s face above the double smoked bacon on a croissant picture. If they could just take a couple shots of espresso to make the coffee process a little faster… and when I say a little faster, I mean five times faster than the tortose speed they’ve been moving at.

Not sure how to rate this or if it would be even fair since it is my first time here. But seriously though…12 mins later for a drink? There weren’t even that busy. Granted before I walked in there were 3 cars in the drive thru. Oh and now for sure they didn’t earn very many stars. My venti cup wasn’t even full. Oh well, it is a newer Starbucks. New location and everyone is learning I suppose. Maybe next time it will be better…

It makes sense to me why this sbux only has 1 star. Twice my order has been lost behind groups of people. It’s one thing to make a mistake. But to not try to make it right is another. If I got a free drink for the inconveniences, I would feel like sbux was apologetic.

The Barista Melissa has a BAD attitude, As an exBArista its common sense to read the cup, so you dont mess up the order… she didnt even glance at it, so when she started to add whipped on the top my friend politely asked«oh no whipped cream please» and she rolled her eyes, and served the drink, didnt even say have a nice day or nothing. she doesnt have people skills. My drink was made by Lucas I think was his name? Such a sweetie and even though he was nervous it seemed he made my drink wonderfully and was very nice to talk with! Should have him take over customers instead of Melissa.
