I echo the sentiments of the other reviewers — parking lot is really goofy. Nice array of shops/restaurants — Safeway, Armadillo Willy’s, Amici’s, Peet’s, Bagels, Baja Fresh and your other«errand» type establishments — hair, cleaners, etc. Well-maintained property. 3 stars

Good: Good choice of stores and restaurants Negative: I dont know who designed the parking but it has to be one of the tightest most dangerous parking around. On 4 occasions in a few years I had cars close to backing up on me or hitting me as I was backing out. You have to quadruple check each time you get out of their tight spots and even as you drive. Once I had to honk non stop as a car was backing out on my car while I was squeezed on all sides waiting for a green light. I dont even take my kids there as I find it so dangerous.

For me, the best part of Waterford Place Shopping Center is: Blush Organic FroYo, Unleashed, Willy’s BBQ, Hacienda Cleaners, Safeway(duh!), Bagel Street Café, and Peets. We have been to each of these places several times, and are so thankful that we live nearby! The parking lot, sadly, is truly a maze. The layout is poor and calls for easy congestion and a big headache at peak hours. You just have to be patient… or just walk or ride a bike!

Overall, I love the Peet’s, Safeway, Pet Food Express and bagel place. I also like Coco Cabana. I wish there was a book store or a Chipotle, Panera. I am so bummed that they took out Pet food express but there is a new Unleashed” about to open. hopefully soon. Still could use a few more restaurants similar to Amici’s. As they have fast service!

I love this shopping center BUT its got to have one of the worst parking lots to navigate through. Safeway, Wells Fargo, Baja Fresh, Pete’s Coffee, Armadillo Willys & Bagel Café are a few of the mainstays.

Parking is tight but otherwise it’s fine. A variety of stores, restaurants, service options like salon and nails, pet express and safeway. I think the people who planned it did a dumbass job on the entrances in and out, there should be more ways to get out of the shopping area.

Horrible customer service. This has got to be the worst Wells Fargo within a 30 mile radius. That is all.

Since I live so close to here, Im always here. The only negatives to this place are 2. The stop sign at the dental office and the corner of the street where the cars from Dublin Blvd are turning in. No one ever lets you go through to turn left to go to safeway parking lot. And Wells Fargo-their parking lot and their bank. This bank sucks so bad I don’t even know where to start with how bad the customer service is here. The customer service at the Wells Fargo at the Stoneridge Shopping Center is SO much better. This bank is not a business owner friendly bank-in MY opinion.

Really classy and upscale. Safeway, Baja Fresh, Wells Fargo, Peet’s, Starbucks, Yogurt, and tons of other little shops. No entertainment unfortunately, but tons of places to run your errands and get your food fixins. They do need a ‘fun spot’ in Pleasanton though.

So named for the adjacent Waterford Apartments, this shopping center is about four years old now and still looks brand new. There’s a flagship Safeway, blush(frozen yogurt), Stacey’s, Starbucks, Peet’s Coffee, Armadillo Willy’s, Amici’s Pizzeria, and Baja Fresh. Pet Food Express is there as well, and US Bank is within Safeway and I believe there’s a Wells Fargo. It’s very well planted and maintained: there are trees and charming long grasses dotting the parking lot. A beautifully kept green rectangle of grass sits at one end, but bizarrely, there’s only one bench and it isn’t facing the grass. Strange. The planting in front of Safeway is particularly nice, with yellow marigolds, violets, and pink begonias sitting happily along the storefront. The apartment complex that frames the shopping center is ideal for someone wanting to live within walking distance to amenities, however, it is all very new so it has that«fresh out of the box» feel that may seem a bit too choreographed, a bit too staged, and perhaps a bit too soulless for some tastes. Still, it’s clean.
