Description

Specialties

The Town of Duck hosts a variety of summer events. This year’s schedule offers evening concerts; a singer/songwriter series; interactive theater and toy time; children’s story time; family magic shows; and of course, the Town’s annual Fourth of July parade! All events, except for the parade, will be held at the Duck Town Park, 1200 Duck Road, Duck, North Carolina. All events are free.

In addition, the Town of Duck also has a new Park and Boardwalk. The Duck Boardwalk can be accessed from the Town Park and other locations throughout the Town’s Village Commercial District. The boardwalk begins at the southern end of the Village near Christopher Drive (slated for early summer 2012) and ends at the Waterfront Shops. The boardwalk allows residents and visitors alike to enjoy the beauty of the Currituck Sound, visit some of our fine retail establishments, and eateries, take in a show, or just relax and enjoy the day.
