Mike Song and his team did a great job on fixing my Porsche’s front bumper. He gave me all the options and delivered exactly as he promised. Very professional and kept me informed all the way. Highly recommended!

I’ve had to bring my car here twice for body damage and repair, and the service at D&V is absolutely fantastic.
They handled the paperwork with my insurance company, and got me scheduled right away.
They take their time and get it done right the first time, and the repairs look factory-​new.
Dealing with a damaged car is difficult and stressful enough, and they really help make the whole process a lot less stressful.
They will continue to have my business.

I’ve had two separate and equally incredible experiences with D&V Autobody. This is the gold standard in customer service for any business in NoVa!
Here’s why I love D&V: They do exactly what they say they’ll do and they do it real fast. They said they’d check on parts and call me back. and they did. They said they’d have my rental car waiting just outside their front door… and they did. They said they’d take care of the rental car return after I picked up my car… and they did. They said they’d keep me updated on progress… and they did — by phone, email, and text. They said they’d do great work… and they did. I couldn’t find a damn speck of paint out of place.
I casually asked about what I should look for in my next auto ins. policy because I kind of hated having to pay the $ 450 tow bill out-​of-​pocket after Allstate shot me down over the phone. I expected nothing… and they contacted Allstate, whispered sweet nothings in their ear, and called the next day to let me know I had a check coming in the mail to cover the entire tow bill. Blown away.
All of this was a well-​coordinated effort between their reception and case managers. Everyone communicated beautifully and had all the right answers. I seriously felt like their only customer.
D&V Autobody is my shop for life. I hope I don’t have to come here too often (for my car’s sake), but if the need arose I would find my way here no matter the distance!

Got my estimate for a fender bender fix and it was quick, painless and probably took all of 20 mins.
I returned a few days later to get it fixed and they kept me posted on the progress all the way through. Did an excellent job fixing it up and made the whole fender look brand new

After reading many reviews, I picked the D&V to work on my 335I .
They did a FINE job and from day 1 on wards, they kept me informed. The guy who worked on my car was Mike and he did a great job!

I’ve been a repeat costumer of D&V and though I’m not thrilled that I’ve had to come in for multiple car repairs over the years, I’m glad that D&V was there to make the process as seamless and easy as possible. The quality of the work they do is unbelievable and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Their paint work is also amazing. My car is bright red and you can’t even tell it’s not the original paint. Big shout out to both Kevin and Ron, who have been my main points of contact and are always willing to take the time to work with me and communicate the status of the repairs. I’ve moved further away and there are a lot of other auto body shop options nearby, but I’ll keep coming back to D&V because of the positive experiences I have had. (Let’s just hope I don’t need to).

I needed to replace my passenger-​side door molding on my 4Runner. I went in for an unscheduled consultation. Kevin — the manager, was extremely nice and polite in helping me. Once the parts arrived, they were extremely quick and did great work. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting my car repaired. Highly recommended.

Clean shop, friendly staff, and their work is amazing. It doesn’t matter if you have a Civic or a Maserati — they treat you the same either way.
It’s an Allstate and State Farm preferred body shop if I’m not mistaken (?). Oh, and they can blend the f*ck out the colors — Reds, whites, and silvers tend to be hard colors to match but no flaws here on my white car for both of the times I was in there.

They provided wonderful customer service here. Not only did they call a rental car to come pick me up, they also kept me updated about my car throughout the entire time. They also took care of all the insurance stuff directly. I just picked up my car yesterday and it looked brand new. It was cleaned and vacuumed. Thank you D & V!

Wow! Is the impression I was left with. The whole staff works so efficient together, they are truly a team! I made an appointment at 9am, to have some body molding replaced on my 1999 Subaru RS coupe. Ahmad you rock !!! He was very warm and pleasant to work with. They got me right in and Ahmad updated me about the work being done on my car throughout my whole stay. These guys are NOT out to break your wallet and take advantage of you, on the contrary, they are out to make sure both ends of the party are pleased and satisfied. I will be going back for all my body work needs, and will refer friends and family. Keep it up y’all !!

D and V Auto Body perform amazing work. I brought my Audi S4 in for $ 5000 worth of front end repair and the car looks better than when I dropped it off. The facilities are clean, the service is wonderful and the staff are great. They bend over backwards to make sure the customer is satisfied, I will never go to any other body shop again.

D&V did a great job on my car. Ahmad, my service representative, was super responsive. Provided detailed estimate of work needed, told me what to expect and the possibility of hidden issues. Then as the repair was completed kept us informed. All around fabulous experience. Price was exactly as Ahmad said it would be. Car is beautiful again. Thanks Ahmad.

I wanted to thank D&V for taking the initiative to stand by their reputation. Even though my repair wasn’t warranted they offering to take care of it and got me a loaner. Impressive! As usual, top notch blending; looks brand new.

I selected D&V after searching on some local auto enthusiast facebook groups after an accident last Fall (October 2014). I have worked with Darren since Day 1 and it could not have helped make a horrible experience into an excellent one. My car looks better than it did before. They worked with BMW of Sterling and the insurance company to ensure the use of OE/​Genuine BMW parts. Very pleased with that considering other shops make no such effort and take the path of least resistance.
Unfortunately, there were some small issues with the initial repair and painting. Some rubbing of the hood on the bumper had caused the paint to wear prematurely. After 2 visits following the repair in October 2014 (April/​June 2015) this was resolved and no longer poses an issue. Darren was patient with these efforts despite it being an annoyance to both of us. The shop covered their work without issue.
All in all, could not be happier with the end result and my car looks just as clean as the day I got it. The paint looks awesome and matches perfectly. Constant compliments. Would definitely visit them again, hopefully for a positive reason, maybe a respray down the line!

I expected a bit more professionalism.
My car had hail damage and this shop came highly recommended. I requested an appointment for an estimate on their website but didn’t get a response for several days. I called the shop and got an appointment for the end of the week. I made sure to indicate that I would need a written estimate (for minor hail damage) and went over the process in detail as it was a 45 minute drive to get there. Apparently this shop does not do their own paintless dent repairs (PDR) with in-​house techs and due to this reason they would not/​could not provide an estimate as their PDR «guy» was not available. This was the only purpose for this appointment which was scheduled several days in advance with clear instructions for hail damage repair. Pretty much ended up being two hours of wasted time and time is money.

Got in an accident and had no idea who to bring my car to. Checked out d&v from their Unilocal reviews and I have to say these reviews are spot on. Excellent work, great communication, and wonderful staff. I can’t recommend them enough

Awesome customer service. My truck was in service for 8 days after an accident. They called with updates every other day. I liked that, a lot. I am extremely pleased! My truck Looks Even better than before the accident. They cleaned My tires and vacuumed the interior before they returned it to me. They work directly with the insurance providers and take care of the rental. Amazing service! Thank you very much :)

Got into a major collision in my G35x a couple of years back. Damage was so bad that pretty much the entire front end had to be replaced. These guys really know customer service. There were cars there worth a lot more than mine, and I felt like their only customer. One of the owners was in constant contact with me, and was even there to help handle the difficult insurance company.
Excellent service, great attention to detail, and their mechanics really know their stuff. God forbid I get into another accident, I’ll choose them again.

I would consider myself a car enthusiast. After spending 30k on a car, which is my first real «adult» purchase, I take immaculate care of my investment. Therefore, when my 2013 Subaru WRX was hit while parked in a parking lot, I knew I wanted a shop that would care for my car as much as I did. D&V Autobody went above and beyond my expectations. After reading all the wonderful reviews on here I decided to go with D&V, and they did not disappoint!

I dropped my car off ¹⁰⁄₁₄ and picked it up 3 short days later on ¹⁰⁄₁₇. They did a wonderful job on my rear bumper– it looks brand new again! The paint is perfectly matched and flawless. They even took it a step further and detailed my entire car. The interior is cleaner than when I dropped the car off! They somehow were able to get the stains on my seatbelt off that I had struggled to clean previously. I plan to use them in the future and would recommend this Autobody to everyone.
