I came here very hungry and expected quick service like usual but it took them way too long to just put the sandwich on the tray and hand it to me. Not very pleased with this most recent visit.

I agree with John D., no problems encountered at this Arby’s. While I love to try food from with local flavor, once in a while, I break down and get «chain» food. Bf has become a huge fan of their roast beef sandwiches and when we get the coupons in our mailbox, we stop by a couple of times to grab a quick dinner on weeknights when nobody feels like cooking.
Service is fast and nice. Coupons are always accepted graciously. Because I am a glutton, I never just restrict my purchase to the coupon deal, so their strategy of luring me in to spend money works pretty well.
