Working with Carma is definitely a good decision, esp. if you are looking for a good, high-​performance, used car. I had been searching for a specific foreign car for several months, so I knew what a fair price was and Carma’s prices were definitely in that range. Once I decided on the car I wanted, we worked out a solid win-​win deal. I will recommend Carma to others.

Ok so they have a button on their website that says «make an offer» which is apparently code for give us your personal info so we can call you and not have a clue what you offered. But outside of that, I call them up on a vehicle they have had listed for a while. Started listing it at 15k and change slowly down to $ 13.5 so I made an offer at $ 12k. They leave me a few messages and I call them back, and tell them what I’m thinking we get down to $ 12.5 and they guy says I can do that but you know that includes tax, tag, and title. I told him sure as long as by tax, tag, and title you mean the state approved $ 38 for tag and title, and whatever the tax comes out to on the DMV website. All of a sudden he is going oh well we have $ 299 for E-​filing, and $ 899 in doc fees. Oh so you’re telling me you’re going to come down $ 800 on the price then ad in $ 1200 in fees, that are simply the cost of you doing business. Well guess what the law in the state says you have to ad those fees in to the ADVERTISED price of the vehicle. I’m searching for a quality used car, that makes me a customer not an idiot. If you are going to shop here make sure that you go ahead and ask what ALL the fees are up front.

Although I did not end up purchasing my new, used vehicle from this dealer, I will say that I would not hesitate going back there and buying a vehicle from them in the future. They were very professional and courteous as soon as my son and I walked into the door. Unfortunately, the Audis that I came to look at were sold and/​or in the shop getting the AC repaired. Josh was upfront about that and kept me in the loop during the whole time, ensuring that I would know when I could come test drive the second Audi. The cars looked decent and I should have looked into additional cars, but I wanted to stay within a budget for this new purchase, so I didn’t look. That gets people in trouble!
Anyways, too bad it was further away then other dealers I looked at because if none of the other cars I went to test drive were good to my standards, I was coming back to Carma to buy my Audi. Maybe next time! Thanks for setting the example for other car dealerships to emulate, Carma.

Great place to buy a car. Never thought I would say this but we had an outstanding car buying experience. People probably would think this is a false review, but it’s not my wife and I drove from Huntsville Alabama to purchase a vehicle that we saw online at Carma Automotive Group. Alan the finance manager, made the entire process painless. My wife and I were very impressed with the selection of nice vehicles in inventory. All affordable and in outstanding condition. But we are very happy to walk away with our Cadillac Escalade. Beautiful car. I would recommend to all my family and friends to buy from Carma.

The customer service here was fantastic. Unfortunately, I was in a major car accident & totaled my recent car which I owned for less than a year. It was a very, very sad day.
I was searching on CL for several days because my next option was to buy a car in cash. I came across one of the ads that linked to this business & gave them a call. Jonathan was extremely helpful and answered all of my immediate questions before setting up an appointment for me to view the interested vehicle. The next morning, I showed up and was greeted by several staff members including, Alfredo, the GM before being helped by Alan C., the finance manager.
Alan was efficient & direct. I appreciated his honesty and patience with us as we evaluate my budget and need for the interested vehicle. I ended up purchasing a Jeep from them after much negotiating and everything was seamless from that point on.
I was introduced to June who helped me sign off on all the paperwork and give me clear cut instructions on what to expect moving forward. She was efficient & pleasant and made me feel at ease while signing off on all the legal documents and agreements.
