Dr. Lee is the best ENT my family has ever been to. He is extremely knowledgable and everyone in his office is very friendly. Yes, he works quickly but he never hesitates to answer any questions I have. He did my son’s tubes and tonsils surgery and the process was smooth and (nearly) painless. He also did surgery on husband who was very satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr. Lee.

If you hate your job so much «Dr. Lee» and don’t give a crap about people who PAY to see u, change your profession to a lawyer so your hated regardless (some lawyers). Don’t waste your money people, ur better off going somewhere else where the doctors actually have a code of ethics and all the people who put good reviews is probably family members… Jus sayin

I want to begin my review by stating that I have no affiliation with Dr. Lee. I have experienced him on a professional basis only. And as I read the reviews. I looked hard for a common thread that I would experience too. Fortunately there was NONE.
Made an appointment online and had one confirmed within 10 minutes. When I arrived at the clinic the wait time to see the doctor was minimal. And there was not as much administrative work as I had anticipated. Subsequently I have never waited more than 5 minutes to see Dr. Lee after arriving at his office.
The office staff is effective and friendly albeit not overly so. Yes Dr. Lee has many Korean patients but I noticed many people of all backgrounds at his office. They accept my insurance with the co pay and I know what the fees will be every time.
Dr. Lee is especially brilliant and appears to have a drive of efficiency, which I can see as putting people off. However he is from the northeast and as one would expect direct. However, every time I asked a question about my illness or a reasons for an application and a or drug; he answered every question. Never at any time did I sense he was put off or annoyed. He answered and explained in detail. And in a fashion I could both understand and appreciate. When he performed the surgery he called the next day to see how I was feeling. He wanted to give an update on how the operation went.
My experience with him and his staff have been excellent. He is honest caring and forthright.
You would do well to have him as your physician and in the process would receive the very best care. I rate him and his service five stars. Top Gun!

Do not go to this doctor. Avoid going over there at all cost. I don’t know how this so called doctor is stll in practice. I really don’t get how he got a full 5 star review. My fellow Unilocalers and Korean Americans who live in Atlanta, do not waste your time and money at this place.
I had made an appointment for my sis-​in-​law who just had horrible swelling near her jaw with severe allergic reactions (redness, itching, & burning sensations all over). She had the same kind of reaction before and her doctor suggested that she sees ENT (otolaryngocologist) doctor. She said she preferred Korean speaking doctor because she doesn’t speak English well enough to communicate. My biggest mistake ever making appointment with this doctor.
I should have checked the review first. The other Unilocaler wasn’t kidding. This doctor DOES NOT LISTEN to you. He DOES NOT CARE. She tried to let him know what her symptoms were and he kept cutting her off and concluded that she was chewing something too hard and that she needs to stay away from hard food. Then he showed her out the door. The whole consultation took less than 5 minutes. No answers to her queations (actually, she couldn’t ask because he will not listen) and explanation. What a waste of her time & money (she drove 2 hours from Columbus and spent $ 120 on bs consultation).

I’ve been having persistent ear issues for a while now. Dr. Lee was very helpful and I’ll be following up for continued treatment. He is very quick and does have a firm (but still kind) bedside manner. If you’re looking for someone to give you the warm and fuzzies and ask all about your life he’s probably not the doc for you, but he was able to address the problem, establish a treatment plan, and send me on my way in a reasonable amount of time which is exactly what I wanted. Office was clean and the staff were very nice.
I think it’s safe to say I was very satisfied with my experience and definitely plan to keep him as a provider for the future.

Worst experience ever!
Made an appointment with the doctor to see him. Arrived and waited +30 mins and skipped over by other patients. Made to pay for the office visit in advance (unheard of). I began to feel cheated and should have walked out the door at that moment.
Finally, went back to see the doctor and he was curt, rude and extremely unhelpful. Demanded I situp while I was extremely dizzy and nauseous. Took a look in my nose, mouth, and ear for two seconds flat and said I had inflammation and needed some steroids. Told me to not drink water in his presence. Said I didn’t know what I was talking about and repeated the same question over and over like I was stupid. Told me to be quiet and spoke down to me the entire time I was there. Questioned my career as if I was under his stature of equality.
Finally, after being ridiculed for being sick he wrote a prescription and had me out the door with no reason, explanation or prevention. Come back in 4 weeks.
If you like being treated like an ignorant child who deserves no respect and is questioned about integrity before even seeing the doctor this is the place to go otherwise avoid this place at all costs.

Dr. Lee is an all over great doctor. My father saw him recently for some enlarged lymph nodes in his neck which we feared could be cancer. Over the course of two weeks my father was examined, sent for CT scan, seen again for consultation, and then scheduled to have an open biopsy at John’s Creek Emory Hospital. We were anxious to know what was going on so Dr. Lee facilitated a surgery time on short notice. My father’s surgery involved taking out a large lymph node that was fairly deep in his neck and yet my father healed beautifully, and had no pain post operatively. Dr. Lee was very involved with my father’s health, and was wonderful in keeping in close contact with us from updating the status of the pathology to seeing how my father was feeling. Everything about seeing Dr. Lee was exceptional– from the office visit (beautiful office front and back), waiting time is short, personal attention, thorough in answering questions and explaining things, JC Emory Hospital was wonderful to us as well. He also treats sleep disorders, which happened to apply to my father, and has since helped him sleep better. I appreciate Dr. Lee and his staff. I feel my father is in the safest hands seeing Dr. Lee.
