CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KING!
This store has been around a while. It has other locations posted on Unilocal but this one was probably overlooked because it is located at Santa Fe Mall. It is not very noticeable because it is oddly situated on Venture Drive, (across from Gwinnett Mall, near Sam’s Club) and has a separate entrance from the mall.
So my super slim son and I happen to be in the area looking for suits. All of a sudden at the age of 18, he decided that he wanted a suit. At the time, this kid was tiny and I knew that we would be looking at buying individual pieces instead of a suit.
I walk in and a friendly salesman approaches to ask how he may assist us. I point to my son and say we are looking for a suit. After looking a bit squeamish and trying to think, he suddenly remembers that an odd suit came in yesterday. It is a size 35. I have never in my life heard of a man’s size 35 suit. It is perfection, lined in red, (his favorite color and it fits like a glove).
We were also able to get it altered immediately. I don’t think that this is customary but I whined a bit about not wanting to make a return trip and not being willing to purchase the suit without the immediate alteration. They blinked. Winning! They did a wonderful job of putting a cuff in the pants and completing the alteration as instructed.
Now that is great customer service as same day alterations are just not customary.
The price was more than reasonable and we also purchased a red tie. The cool thing about this store is that it is always appropriately staffed with helpful people. They also carry accessories like shirts, ties, shoes and some casual clothing.
My son thought he had won the lottery; He just could not stop grinning. This was a great memory for me because he was so excited and it is always a great day when I get to go shopping with my son.
Don’t let the location discourage you as you might miss out on a really great deal.
