This place is terrific. We are very particular about our Dry Cleaning and they do a fantastic job. Additionally there service and attitude is top notch. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I have been using Executive for over 11yr. They have cleaned everything from day to day clothes to rugs, curtains and tablecloths. My wife and I are very happy with the service they provide. We haven’t had any problems. The folks there are always polite and friendly. When our washer broke they even recommended other cleaners that had a wash and fold service. There are so many cleaners out there it’s nice to find one you can stick with.

The dry cleaning is subpar. I wash my shirts before I take them there Bc I am lazy about pressing my shirts. The lady that takes your clothes is RUDE. Near this location there are 5 different dry cleaners. I do not think the owners know this. They think they are the only dry cleaners in Duluth and their lack of care and customer service shows or. Don’t bother with this place. The guy across the street might be slower but at least he will be nice and not have a chip on his shoulder.

They do a pretty good job and have fast turn around but their attitudes are absurd. They are incredibly rude. If you don’t mind a lack of courtesy, then it’s a good spot for dry cleaning
