Furniture Mall

This store location in Kennesaw is by far the worst furniture company I have ever dealt with. The franchise overall is HORRIBLE! We ordered a breakfast table and they sent the wrong chairs to begin with. They refused to pick them up and they said that they would charge us a delivery fee if they did pick them up… even though it was their fault. We dropped them off and they re ordered the chairs and said they would arrive 2 days later. They ordered the wrong chairs and re ordered the «correct» chairs. After a week of calling them every single day, they said the company doesn’t make the «right» chairs for that specific table. They didn’t even have the decency to call us to inform us. All we can do now is exchange the whole set for a new one and pay the difference. Basically, they said we can’t return it because of their so called strict policy of ripping customers off and we would have to pay a new delivery fee all over again because of their careless mistakes. So we have to pay more money because they messed up? I don’t think so. Don’t waste your time by going there!!! You will get ripped off big time.

I bought a dining room table and six chairs for a total of $ 411.28. If you’re thinking to yourself that this is «too good to be true» then you’re right. Six months later, three of my chairs are broken from absolutely normal use. In fact, I live alone so they get very little usage. Trying to talk to them about it was sheer frustration. They wouldn’t even come out to fix them… they wanted me to bring them in. You can go in there but I wouldn’t walk out with anything.

Furniture Mall is a huge showroom filled with traditional and contemporary pieces directly across from Gwinnett Place Mall on Pleasant Hill Road. They are always having sales and everything is priced between several hundred to several thousand dollars. Quality is noticeably questionable for some of the less expensive pieces. Children’s furniture, lamps, bar stools occasional chairs and other accessories are also available at Furniture Mall.
Based on my furniture preference I was only in Furniture Mall for about two minutes because they didn’t have that many modern pieces and I didn’t see what I was looking for. If it came down to it I would have only purchased the leather and glass dining table set, however it doesn’t match my current décor. This is one of those stores you go to for gazing as it can be hit or miss and you never know what they’ll have on the floor.
