Holiday Inn Express & Suites Duluth- Mall Area

I like this hotel, it’s very quiet and has a good selection for breakfast: eggs are omelets, pancakes, cinnamon rolls. Rooms have microwave and mini fridge. Bed is comfortable, wifi works reasonable. Staff is nice hotel has modern feel.

They recently renovated this hotel. The lounge looks more modern, and the rooms look cleaner. Breakfast is included and pretty decent given that they’re complementary. My chief complaints: they served bad, rotten milk and their gym is shit. Room prices are about standard with other hotels in the area. This hotel is located behind a dance studio and adjacent to another hotel, tucked away from the main road. This is definitely a good thing because the main road is a busy, loud one. Parking feels more secure for this reason as well. The front office was nice and friendly. Pool is small but well maintained. Gym is a joke though; it is tiny and their treadmills are cheap ones that work like crap.
