I have been ordering hams from them for over 15 years, but their customer service and the promos and website have changed. They email me a 15% off any ham for THANKSGIVING2015, but when i tried the promo code on the website it said not valid. I tried it on a different HBH website which is literally almost the same website, and you think they would only have one website… it worked. I called customer service regarding this matter and they are not helpful at all. They are not even enthusiastic to talk, they don’t aren’t knowledgeable about the company. I emailed them a week ago, and still today they have not emailed me. They falsely advertise to get back to you within 24 – 48 hours and still no response. I did end up ordering ham for a family, and i hope it will get there delivery date Nov 25,2015. I live in CA and the order is for a family living in Hawaii.

Had multiple ordered sent to me while my wife had surgery. The owner would not exchange a triplicate order. Besides that, their turkey is dry and bland tasting and their gravy needs a lot of work. They must have changed owners because their food has gone down hill. My family spent over $ 300.00 dollars this week with them. Enjoy it… it will be the last!!! –Chef Evan

A drug rep provided my office with lunch from Honeybaked ham yesterday and it was delicious! It was definitely a nice change of pace from Jason’s deli(what they usually bring). I got a chance to try both the roasted HoneyBaked Turkey Classic and the smoked turkey version. They were both super tasty. Everything was super fresh. The turkey was juicy and flavorful. The bakers roll was light and fluffy. I used their«savory sauce» on my sandwich and it complemented the sandwich very well. I had a snickerdoodle for dessert and it was a delicious cookie full of cinnamon sugar buttery goodness. Yum!

OMG. Did you know they serve lunch here?! WHAT?! Yeah, so my office brings in some sandwiches for some event one day and I sink my teeth into the most delicious turkey sandwich I’d ever tasted in my life. I had a bacon, turkey and cheese orgasm when I tasted it. Next day I went back for more. I now go to Honeybaked for lunch 2 – 3 times a week and I’m always getting some free shit from these people… one week it was free cookies, one week it was free pecan pie(WARM, no less!) and one week it was a FREESANDWICH. Are you freaking kidding me? So I’m getting a combo meal that now includes not ONE, but TWO sandwiches loaded with so much meat I could take it off and serve it to a family of 4, a pickle, potato salad, a cookie and a drink… for $ 6.29? This can’t be right. It was right. I have an HBH craving just writing this. I normally get the Tavern Club(8 pounds of meat on bread… ok, so it’s actually ham, turkey, bacon and cheese, but I can never eat the whole thing — it’s totally stupid huge), but I’ve also had the chicken salad(yum!) and the roast beef, which wasn’t my favorite but wasn’t bad by any means. If you work in the Johns Creek area you have to go here for lunch. Sooo worth it.
