The service was very poor. I have had many manicures and pedicures in the past and they really take the time to pamper and treat your feet. The water was very hot, so uncomfortable to put your foot in, barely no scrubbing of the feet, just clip, throw your feet in the water and basically that’s it. I would not recommend. There are other places to give your money to that will take time to care for the customer and provide and excellent service. Also this is a one person service salon located in a salon mall.

I liked Kelly, personally. That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. My girlfriend got me a groupon for a gel mani and a pedi. Which was wonderful. Well, I don’t really get many manis and have only had color on my nails, maybe 5 times, in my whole life. So, instead of wasting it, I asked her if we could just do 2 pedis instead. Kelly told us when we arrived that it would be an extra $ 10 for that. Meaning each pedi would come out to $ 60 after the $ 50 paid for the groupon(which is way too expensive). Fast forward through our EXTREMELY rough and painful pedicures, we go to pay Kelly the extra $ 10. We hand her a $ 20, she literally puts the $ 20 in her pocket and says«$ 10 extra for pedicure and my tip. Thank you, Happy New Year» as she is basically pushing us out of the door. It was crazy! We were in the car before we were like«wait, what just happened???» Lastly, and MOSTIMPORTANTLY, the issue of sanitation. The place wasn’t very clean. And she used the SAMETOOLS to give my girlfriend and I pedis, WITHOUT cleaning them!!! Wtf?! I thought it odd that when she pulled the tools out of the sanitizer they were cold, which is not typical of tools coming out of a sanitation machine. But when I saw her use the same tools on my girlfriend after me, I was mortified. She obviously doesn’t take blood borne diseases very seriously. For all of this reason, I suggest you go to Diamond Nail in the same parking lot. I’ve been there several times. They’re cheap, professional, clean there won’t be any tip assumptions.(Just to be clear, we were going to leave her the extra $ 10. I just found it extremely out of line for her to assume)

If I could, I would give this salon lower than 1 star. My experience there was worse than bad. I’ve been getting manis/pedis for the past five years and this was by far my worse experience. The salon is a tiny room in a hallway building, shared with other businesses. I was about 8 minutes late, which I will admit was my fault, but she immediately gave me attitude and showed me her impatience because of my tardiness. Colors were limited, but that was not a huge problem. She was unprofessional and rough on my hands. Instead of cleaning the polish off the side of my fingers, she used her pliers to tear the pieces of skin away where there was polish. My gel mani looked messy and unfinished from the sides. The hygienic? Close to none. She used the same water to soak my hands in AFTER she used that water to clean her pliers off. Yuck! She only spent about 3 minutes on my feet, not taking any time to massage or give attention to my nails. At the end, she asked me to GIVE her a tip. Had she at least been hospitable, maybe I could have given her 2 stars. I suggest you spend a bit more money and go to a different salon.

I bought a groupon and booked within the same day so that process was easy. Prices are good but I won’t be back. She was very rough with both mani and pedi. On my mani, after she had finished the gel polish, she tried to cut an imaginary hangnail and ended up taking a chunk of my nail and messing up the polish. And didn’t fix it. Needless to say, I was ready to get out of there.

Kelly is awesome! I called looking for a place open after hours and she called back asap to get me in! She is so funny, I let her know I was getting ready for a movie… she asked if I was Magic Mike… lol Great job — her daughter also does yoga, and hair dressing.
