Had a worst day with pharmacy at this Kroger. Came here for pick up a drive thru but the one of black lady with gold glasses was yelling at me because she just couldn’t heard me thru window.

Started going to this Kroger after a nearby Publix kept getting dirtier with worse service. Overall I am very pleased with this store. The service has been good and the store is kept clean.

I call this murder Kroger. It is so full of crime and totally unprofessional. Most of the people that work there are rude. The only ones that have great customer service are the ones stuck bringing in carts in the freezing cold and rain. The bathrooms look like a crime scene. Take a little time and drive to the Sugarloaf Kroger instead. The people working in produce are lazy and not helpful.

Gotta love my neighborhood Kroger. It is always clean, and you can usually find whatever it is that you’ re looking for.

I like the makeup selection, but the employees are rude, which is always a major deal breaker in my eyes.

BAKERYANDDELINEEDSWORK! My daughter and I ran in for a quick snack. I usually head to the hot foods and she likes a bakery treat. It is early afternoon and we are sorely disappointed. First of all, the store is much smaller than expected. There is no carousel of bakery treats, only packaged items. We really like having a carousel because it nicely displays a variety of treats and you can select the individual items that you want instead of feeling forced to buy in bulk. As I review the hot deli items, I notice that the veggies look old, dried out and have lost their intended color. Although I never purchase cooked veggies, I really take issue with leaving old unappetizing veggies on display. When these start to dry out and look bad, they should be tossed in the trash. After seeing the veggies, I was reluctant to get the wings, but they did not look bad, they were just very limited and I needed enough to share with my daughter. I love Krogers, but this one needs work. Since we only looked at a specific area and did not experience the entire store, this score is for the bakery and deli area only. 3÷31÷16 This Krogers is still a hot mess. I recently visited and it was the dirtiest Kroger I have ever visited. There was trash all over the floor and the bathroom was unkept. Again, I left without purchasing anything. It was just too dirty for serious consideration.

Good prices, much better than Publix. I am disabled and the staff are always ready to help me with my groceries. The riding carts are always charged and ready. Fast checkout and always someone to help me put my groceries in the car. I will always choose this store for my grocery shopping.

I live in the neighborhood nearby and come here almost every day. This place is often a zoo in the afternoons but the staff is still friendly and helpful. They have a decent produce section and the deli is great. They also have a top notch beer and wine selection. Although Unilocal says it closes at 9, its open 24 hrs. No complaints here.

Why are your employees so mean??? I know I will return being that you are a grocery store but damn can I have some customer service? Can you smile??? Well none the less, decent selection. O yeah and the folks in the deli are nice. But it’s like they are from a different planet compared to everyone else.

Though this particular Kroger is the closest to home, it is also the worst that I am aware of. The quality and selection of their produce tends to be on the poor side, their store doesn’t seem to be kept up as nicely as other Kroger’s in the area, and I have twice been approached in the check-out line by solicitors trying to get me to open a bank account with them. Annoying and apparently permitted by Kroger. I only come to this location when I’m in a pinch.

Kroger Pharmacy drive thru is great and saves time and has a very friendly and helpful staff to answer your questions. You can always get reward points to save money on gas.

The parking lot traffic is unbelievable at times. But the customer service here is very friendly. And I love that there’s a Starbucks inside. You can grab a drink and do your grocery shopping at the same time. What’s not to like about that?

Good place to find groceries. But some time its hard to find what i want. There are no employee. And cashier act so slow… i guess they are tired… and kroger gas looks pretty higher than quick trips and race tracs…

I’m not a fan of this particular location, but a fan of Kroger in general. Kroger is your typical supermarket, but I do like that they have incentives for shopping here. I’m a sucker for deals, so of course I’m suckered into shopping here. If you open up a Kroger plus card, you get a variety of benefits! The more you shop at Kroger, the more points you accumulate which can be used to save money at their gas pumps. With the plus card, you can also get free items every week! They have something called a free Friday download, where they have a featured item every week that you can get for free, no purchase necessary. Another cool thing about the card is that you can download coupons straight to it.

NOWHIRING! Do you hate people, life and working? Then, by golly, you’ll fit right in here at the Steve Reynolds Kroger! Benefits include being free to wear a smirk on your face and your shirt sloppily untucked the whole time, freedom to be rude to customers and greet them with«Kroger Plus card?» as you stand with your hand out and smack your gum, and — best of all — if ever you decide life has gotten to be too much and you just can’t take it anymore, all you have to do is walk out into the parking lot, where someone will likely try to mow you down. Apply now!

Let me preface this review by saying I’ve only been here once and it was to grab ice cream late at night. So this review is written by a one-time visitor and not a regular. With that said, I think this Kroger is pretty awesome. In fact, it might be the nicest Kroger I’ve ever seen. It’s certainly the biggest. It has a gas station outside. It has a Starbucks inside. Seriously? A Starbucks inside a Kroger. It’s even complete with seating. Hmm… I think is the only Kroger I’ve seen with its own coffee shop. The wine selection is massive — easily the largest I’ve seen of any of the major chain grocery stores. There is a baby section. Yes, a place where you can buy stuff for babies. There is also a kitchenware section. The pharmacy looks all modern and fancy and the entire store’s flooring is polished to a shine. This is pretty much the über Kroger. Open 24/7, you can find it at the corner of Steve Reynolds Blvd. and Old Norcross Rd.

I recently came here to buy a birthday card for my dad. I waited in line to check out and noticed how unfriendly my cashier, Karetha was. She didn’t greet me, smile or thanked me for shopping here, so I smiled at her and said«thank you». but no response. She’s so rude! I don’t want her to check out my items ever again! Bad bad customer service! I was very disappointed with the cashier. I didn’t care if she was having a bad day. she made me feel like it was MYFAULT that she was having a bad day. sheesh! Hallmark card($ 3.91 with tax) I’ve had better and friendly experiences at other Krogers.

My favorite thing about this Kroger is their gas station and the fact that Kroger Plus cardholders get 3 cents off per gallon of gas. They also have two Redbox kiosks located OUTSIDE so you can access them at anytime. The Kroger gas station is located right next to the building that houses Quickly 2, so I have the perfect(BAD!) excuse to stop by and grab a Honey Milk Tea with boba after filling up on gas. I’ve been to this gas station numerous times, and it’s ALWAYS busy because it’s *usually* the cheapest gas within a 2 mile radius from my house.(*Sometimes* QuikTrip is cheaper…) So although you may be saving on gas, keep in mind you may have to wait in «line» for at least a couple minutes for a pump to open up. Although I’ve only been inside the Kroger store itself once, it looked pretty tidy and clean. It’s fairly large inside, and the restrooms looked decent. I appreciate that they have toilet seat covers.(It’s ALWAYS a plus when a business has them in their restrooms!) =) My younger sister was returning something from another Kroger, which they had no problem doing. However, the older gentleman working at the Customer Service desk was extremely slow. There were two customers before my sister and it felt like we waited for more than 10 minutes in line. Ughhh… It was frustrating. And then, the employee wasn’t friendly, either. One thing I did notice, however, was that money orders here cost only 69 cents(for amounts up to $ 1,000) each! I recently bought money orders for $ 1 each at another Kroger. Boo… Overall, this Kroger gets 3.5 stars for their neat store environment, gas station, and Redbox kiosks! I also liked that they have six self-checkout stations, and the area that they’re located in is spacious so you don’t have to feel crowded with others checking themselves out at the same time. It would be nice if their employees were a little friendlier/quicker, but that may be asking for too much at a grocery store. =P I’ll continue to be a regular at the gas station but most likely won’t be shopping at the store too often because there’s a Publix much closer to my house. I particularly like going here because they always have stuff on sale. I’m a huge bread person so I always head straight to the wooden display near the bakery section where they show case all the orange sticker«on sale» items.
