Lady Nails

l had Kathy do my acrylics and she took her time to make sure they were perfect — but it did take an hour and a half. I’d say I’d go there again. It was a bit uncomfortable because I was the only customer so two other employees were watching over my shoulders watching everything the whole time. It is easy to find — just park at JC Penney and go in that mall entrance and it’s right outside JC Penney. One employee was flossing her teeth and picking her nose at the sink when I was trying to wash my hands after the manicure and it just put a bad impression in my mind. Otherwise, they were nice enough and it’s a big, clean shop.

The day before going back to work after a long vacation. I needed to get my lashes done and didn’t want to drive 45 minutes to get them done. I reviewed it on Unilocal and it was the best decision that I ever made. I was greeted by Kathy, specific about where I get my pedicures so I didn’t want to get it done just my lashes. I ended up getting my lashes, manicure and pedicure done. My full set was done by Kevin. My nails was absolutely beautiful and the best Ive seen in a long time. My nails was very thick, he called them stone mountain nails because they were so thick, lol Kathy, did an unreal job on my pedicure. Best massage ever and callus scrub ever and the nails was just unreal! :) Thank you Kathy.
Jessica did my lashes and she was simply amazing. Her technique on doing the lashes was really professional. No heavy glue and you look natural with that pop you are looking for
I have been looking for a place closer to home and needless to say they have won me as a customer for a long time!

Happened upon this place after attending a bridal shower for a friend and needed to get a mani/​pedi and eyebrow cleanup before an event later that night. So glad I did.
I’m not a fan of mall nail salons because I can’t get over the lack of privacy that comes along with them. I mean who wants everybody and their momma walking by looking at you getting pampered, while they corral their snotty nose kids, sip on a iced latte while wearing Uggs, and do whatever else «mall people» do. However, I was in a pinch and pressed for time so this place had to do. Oh, and do they did.
They technicians were pleasant, efficient, and I had one of the best pedicures of my life. I was a bit skeptical of how my brows would turn out, but the owner did a great job on them for not being accustomed to having done my brows before.
If you live on this side of town I highly recommend this place as a backup salon. I mean you could make it your primary salon, if you so chose, if a you are okay with the lack of privacy that come with a mall salon.

Ok, let me just start off by saying… don’t judge me. This place doesn’t look like much from the outside but it is well worth the trip.
I grew up in Gwinnett so Gwinnett Place mall was the mall that we always frequented. This mall has gone through many transformations, not always for the best. If you want to go shopping for a new wardrobe, this is not the place unless you happen to be a club rat or an extra in a rap video. The two reasons I keep coming back are for the Chinese pork buns annnnd to get my nails did.
This is a small establishment on the top floor of the mall and the people here are great. They are so friendly and will get you in right away. Also, did I mention it is $ 18 for a pedicure?! You want find a quality pedicure that cheap anywhere else!
The polish selection is a little bit limited but they have the basic colors. I got a color called terracotta (reddish-​orange) and I got so many compliments! The topcoat they use is super shiny and makes your nails look great! I have paid a lot more money for pedicures that weren’t half as good as this place. This is the ONLY place that has not constantly kept pressuring me to get «extras» like a ladybug decal or some nail bling. They go through all the motions typical of a spa pedicure with leg massage included. Such a great deal. They also do waxing and eyelash extensions (only $ 25!), although I have gotten neither at this location.
So if you want a quick pedicure on the cheap, this is the place to go!
