I’ve been to this location a few times. The food is consistently good for the caliber of restaurant. No frills, straight forward food. Staff has no personality though. I didn’t come to the restaurant to make friends. However, a friendly, helpful attitude goes a long way. Will I go back again? Sure? I just have no expectations aside from cheap, decent food. P. S. The dry staff seem to be the norm for all Panda Express restaurants in the area. Oh well. I guess you can’t have it at a cheap price, except at Chick-Fil-A.

I try to hold off on writing a review when I’ve had a bad experience at a business in hopes that the«next visit» will be so great that I’d forget about the bad one. Unfortunately this was my 5th visit and I’m past due. Let me say that I have fallen in love with the grilled teriyaki chicken and that is what has kept me returning and also because it’s the closet PE to me in location. Each time that I’ve gone was after work to pick up dinner for the fam. Each time I utilized the convenience of their drive thru. There was always a line at the drive thru but never a long wait. Each time I’ve always encountered the same semi rude/rushed/cut you off in mid sentence only to have you repeat it again because she missed it because she cut you off young lady. During my 1st visit she proceeded to hand me the 4 kiddie drinks I had ordered one by one thru the window. When I asked for a cup holder the annoyed look on her face told it all I was sorry I had asked. This was the prequel to all other visits to follow. My last visit was the night before(Wednesday night). I pulled up to the drive thru around 8 pm with 2 cars ahead of me. When it was my time to order I sat for 2 minutes before I finally said«hello» to make sure they were still open or that the speaker was working. Finally that familiar voice answered back and I placed my order for teriyaki chicken. She immediately told me that it would be a 20 minute wait for the chicken and asked if I wanted to wait. I said yes(because it’s that good). I finally got to the window to pay, received my receipt, and drove forward and parked to wait for someone to bring my meals out as instructed. The time on my receipt said 8:11 pm so I set an alarm for 20 minutes later. When my alarm went off I was still sitting. I thought well maybe they need a little more time so I waited. At 9:00 I decided to get out of my car hurt leg and all and went inside. The young lady that took my order was sitting in a booth with some customers/friends I assume. The manager asked her about my order and she said that she forgot to tell her co workers. The chicken that was cooked had been given to other patrons and I had to wait 7 minutes for another batch. To compensate I was offered some spring rolls that were cold and weird tasting, and a drink while I waited. I hear and read bad stories al of the time and rarely experience it which is why I have been contemplating to review or not to review. I realize all experiences and reviews aren’t good but they should be truthful and fair so this is just my 2 cents. Also this was the last straw for me unfortunately I will never return. I will have to research other locations and hope that they are just as good. My ratings: ** for service **** for the food

ok let’s see. It was very crowded but the line moved promptly. Service was good and food was ok. I got grilled chicken, chicken & broccoli and black pepper chicken. On the side just some noodles. Umm nothing fancy here… I’m out.

I placed my meal on their online app. Use code: NOLINE for a free entrée with a purchase of an entrée meal. I got the chow mein noodles with the famous orange chicken, broc. And beef and as for my free entrée I got the shrimp. $ 8 with coupon and water Chow mein — omg it was super duper dry and flavorless. It’s sauted with looks like onions or cabbage 2⁄10 bc I’ve seen worse Orange chicken — first of all its not orange. It actually looks a little burnt but overall it was crunchy and kinda flavorful, a tiny bit spicy 4⁄10 Walnut shrimp — this stuff is considered«premium», meaning it costs extra. Its a whole shrimp battered and fried. When you get a 3rd entrée they put it in a extra tiny box. It looks like I got 7 pieces. It’s actually not bad! It comes with the nuts caramelized with the shrimp. Overall I would have rather went with a Chinese buffet or something that way I can pick exactly what I want.

I usually don’t do franchise stores but this particular store is worth it. The restaurant is very clean & they keep it up. Very important! I like that their health food score is visible & not hidden. I had honey walnut shrimp with fried rice. It was good. Not as authentic as if like my Chinese food but good. I would come back to this store!

I really like Panda Express. the food is always hot and good. the ONLY complaint is that they changed their to go boxes so that they are smaller than before. Its still ENOUGH food but it feels like I’ve been cheated from the way it used to be.

Horrible location. They never have items on the menu. I tried to talk in 15 minutes before their dining room closed and they had locked the doors. So we proceeded to get in the drive thru since they keep the drive thru open 30 minutes longer. They only had 3 of the entrees available and no sides. We ordered our food and waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. I must say there were only 3 cars in front of us. When we got to the window they read out an order which was for the car in behind us. They then told us we never ordered and they did not have the entrees we ordered available. The guy took my credit card and walked away with it for 5 minutes. We left with nothing. I understand yall want to go home, but the establishment is supposed to be opened until the time it says it is says it is closed. Never again.

First time hearing of this place. Like how they set up their ordering system. The food was fresh and just the right amount, the price was not bad.

I was tired of eating at the Chipotle next door and wanted to grab a quick bite to eat without going home. Having only been to PE once before(and it wasn’t a good experience), I took a chance anyways and came here. Had the brown rice and kung pao chicken. Pretty good. Reasonably priced. Would come back.

The food is OK for«fast food» and it’s a decent value. But, I have four kids so I always order the family feast and I always have to wait 15 – 30 minutes or more for my order. It happens every time. At some places they offer you a drink for waiting but not here. If I’m going wait that long I might as well order from a real Chinese place instead of Chinese McDonald’s run by Mexicans. So the next time we wanted Chinese I ordered from Fung Mei down the street and it was wonderful! I called in my order and it was ready when I got there! Oh, and who uses paper to-go boxes anymore? Get with the times Panda! Paper leaks everywhere!

One of the worst customer experiences imaginable. Ordered food at noon with my wife and kid and was told kung pao chicken was cooking. 15 minutes later, after watching others served, i inquired about our order. 5 minutes for something else. After 30 minutes only my plate is delivered. Inquring again, i asked where my wife and kid’s plate was? Cooking yet another item that was already there when we ordered. i almost walked out. ive had 2 other minor incidents out of the 5 visits here. will not come again.

Recently this Panda Express has been cheating me out of food. Every time I go they give me less and less orange chicken. Really upsets me. And 90% of the time the Orange chicken is crunchy. Ew.

Still fresh, still tasty, still a great take home place. Price is fair and quantity is great. I get veggies as a side and either greenbeans with chicken or beef and broccoli. Now I like these dishes because they don’t have a large amount of meat. Perfect amount with lots of veggies. Cold weather is here and they once again have soup which I like. It is spicey. Husband likes the teriyaki chicken and some beef dish. All of the dishes are good. The fried stuff with sauce is tasty but a little too many calories for me. They also have good lo mein and light brown rice. Get extra sauce for the rice. Take home, change clothes, turn on tv, get a drink, microwave on a real plate and ENJOY!

Since this is a chain, they all are pretty much the same and follow the same recipes. If there isn’t anything around, you can’t miss me with Panda Express.

I have to admit, I am bias toward Chinese food. I hardly eat fast Chinese food because I feel they’re simply not qualified to be concerned as a real Chinese food. However today I was craving for some lo mein noodles. Today was my second time trying Panda Express. First time was not good experience. Didn’t like the food at all. I wanted to try again since I see so many people go there and so many Panda Express being open, there must be a reason right? So I gave it another shot today. I went to the Drive-Thru, saw their new item Shanghai Angus steak. The picture looked really yummy. The guy asked what I would like to order, I asked for few minutes to look at the menu since I don’t know the menu. He was respectful and courteous. He answered all my questions with patience. Last, I ordered 3 entrees, 1 side and a chicken egg roll. Entrees I ordered were Orange Chicken, Walnut shrimp(he informed me that they charge an extra $ 1 something to it), and(Beijing Beef). I of course ordered chow mein as my side. My sister ordered Orange Chicken, Shanghai Angus steak(he again informed me there will be an extra $ 1 something added) and Mandarin Chicken with Chow mein. Orange Chicken: dark meat chicken with sweet and little bit touch of sour taste in the sauce. I give it 4 out of 10. Chicken was very soft, was not crispy and too saucy. Walnut shrimp: tasted like sweet and sour shrimp. Shrimp fried nicely, but I didn’t see any walnuts in my walnut shrimp. 6⁄10 Beijing Beef: Sweet and spicy. I actually like it because it got a spicy kick to it. 7⁄10 Shanghai Angus Steak: too little steak, was not cooked fully(this is Chinese food, beef needs to be cooked fully) and it tasted plain. 3⁄10(Very disappointed, again it goes saying to believe the picture you see) Mandarin Chicken: to me tasted like typical teriyaki chicken but my sister liked it. Chow mein: I like the noodle, but wish there wasn’t that many cabbages and huge sliced onions. I ate so many onions thinking it was cabbage because that’s how big they were. 7⁄10 Chicken Egg Roll: 0⁄10 Why? because he forgot to give it to me. Overall, even though it was a drive-thru service was excellent(not counting that he forgot my egg roll) I waited for about 5 minutes because he said everything was cooking freshly. I don’t think I’ll eat at another Panda Express. Just not my taste, too Americanized. It was all sweet. oh Also, it was not cheap at all. Our total came out to $ 25.00. I prefer to get a decent meal at a sit in restaurant.

I’ll admit, the first time I came to Panda Express, I wasn’t expecting much. But I was craving Chinese, and I’d already tried most other places in the area(with less-than-stellar results. Plus it’s cheap and quick.) But I was pleasantly surprised to find that(at lunchtime, anyway) the food turnover rate is high, so it’s not like eating from a buffet that’s been sitting around for hours. They have«wok smart» entrees that are relatively low cal, and they truly are packed with veggies. The beef with broccoli is definitely more broccoli than beef, which has kept me going back. And with a 2-entrée plate, I like to get half steamed rice, half mixed veggies for my side, to lower the calorie load and up the veggie content a bit more. Also, the employees are SUPER nice. I, like a bonehead, was in line, having just received my food, and SOMEHOW I knocked my plate upside down on the floor. They very nicely(and with no snide comments, at least that I heard — lol) replaced my food and had the floor cleaned up in just a couple of seconds.(I apologized profusely.) I’m a fan!

As far as inexpensive, chinese, fast-food places go, this is one of the better places to dine. My favorite aspect to this place is the way they enable healthy eating. So many restaurants focus on serving large amounts of high-calorie food, that it can be challenging for someone who wants to eat reasonable meals to eat out. Panda Express is fairly dieter-friendly. For example, you can get low-calorie, healthy steam vegetables instead of high-calorie rice or noodle. The vegetables are usually in good condition. They also serve a lot of low-calorie entrée’s that are marked with a «wok smart» symbol. They also publish their nutritional information online. I haven’t had anything there that I was disappointed with. I love the string bean chicken breast, the beef with broccoli, the crab rangoons. It’s all delicious. Their most popular dish is by far the orange chicken. They keep twice as much of it out as they do everything else. It’s quite delicious, but it’s pretty high-calorie so I normally avoid it.

Normally a fan, but Patrons beware. My wife and I had food poisoning when we came here. Definitely a bad experience for us. I’ve tried to convince to come back again but to no avail. We’ve read of numerous similar accounts on a korean blog so we know its not just us. Proceed with caution.
