Pyramid Exterminators & Wildlife Control

This was our second consecutive year using Pyramid for our minor roach problem. (As a former New Yorker, I’m still adjusting to all of the *wildlife* Georgia has to offer, so one roach is one too many in my book). We had them apply a yearly preventative treatment last year, and low and behold, it has been almost a year to the day that I’ve seen a live roach around the house. I immediately called them up, and Adrian came to my rescue the next day. Feeling satisfied knowing that I’ve saved millions in the future therapy bills I would have otherwise needed if it weren’t for these guys. Adrian is a dog guy too, which helps when you have misbehaving pooches around the house. Life savers!

I will request Adrian evertime I have any kind of pest issues. He honor his company contract and very reliable and dependable. Very fast service, he came out the same day on schedule.

With so many businesses out there, there’s only a few things that sets them apart for me. Great Customer Service. I can thoroughly say that Pyramid Exterminators gave awesome customer service from the initial phone call to the consultation and service. Adrian was great at explaining all my options, what to expect and what’s realistic and what’s not. I even mentioned my prior issues with pest control companies that would wildly spray everywhere and even my stuff. He reassured me of how Pyramid’s process would put me and my husband at ease. I enjoyed Adrain’s warmness and professional nature. I would highly recommend Pyramid Exterminators to anyone looking for pest control service.

Great experience with these guys! I received a call back very quickly after leaving a message. We made an appointment for an estimate AND THEN got a follow up call that they were able to come even sooner same day due to a cancelled appointment.
Adrian was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and quickly treated the property. I can’t speak specifically of the price — never got to compare them to anyone because the other company that I called never got back with me, but I didn’t feel that the pricing was outrageous.
I would absolutely use them again if necessary.

Well, I am grateful for the same day service received. Terry was very responsive and answered my voicemail right away. Adrian was very professional and came out to address the flea problem that had developed in my home. When I was quoted the service price of $ 225.00 for indoor treatment with a 30 day warranty, I asked if I could use the voucher on this website, I was told no, because it didn’t relate to flea service, but instead a comprehensive service. I mentioned I didn’t see an exception made here, I was told the disclaimer wasn’t updated yet.
This information made me wary and I felt the price was quite excessive, but since they came highly recommended here, I went ahead and paid. **Note: I was asked if I had done price comparisons for flea service before this price quote given. I wished I had — word to the wise.
There are still some fleas here it has been about 3 weeks since the initial treatment. I will call Adrian back to repeat the treatment, as he offered he would within the 30 day warranty. I can update this review after that visit.

Great experience! I called this company after discovering a wasp issue in our home. I left a message and Terry contacted me within an hour. He made arrangements to come out that day, and he called to keep me updated about his schedule. He arrived on time and listened to my explanation of the problem. Terry was friendly and professional, and he took plenty of time to give me a clear plan to get rid of the wasps. If we ever need an exterminator again, I’ll be calling these guys.

Adrian had clear communication, the friendliest demeanor, and assessed and addressed our German roach issue with such ease. Terry has done a great job securing our house from pests! We had a roach, ant and other stink bug issue when he first came out and never had a problem with them since. The company is responsive and informative, and has competitive prices with other major exterminators in the area. Give them a try; you won’t regret it!

Adrian does an amazingly thorough job!
We moved into a new house and during the cleaning process, realized it was completely infested with roaches. Adrian came by the morning before we moved our stuff in, spent nearly two hours laying down bait and dust in the attic, kitchen and basement, and we immediately started to see a difference. Now we’re a month out– there is hardly a roach to speak of, and the emotional scars are beginning to fade. ;-) Adrian came by again today to double check that everything was on track.
Pyramid was a little out of our price range, but we went for their services anyway (and got a Unilocal discount), and it was absolutely worth the thoroughness. The joy of not having a roach crawl on the cutting board while cooking dinner is unbeatable. Thanks Adrian!

Needed a rodent exclusion job done. Sent an email on a friday night. Terry came to quote me on the job the next morning. It turned out to be a huge job ($ 1500), but when Terry explained all the things I actually needed it looked like i was getting an excellent deal. It was quite a bit more than most other reviewers had quoted but every case is different and I always felt like it was 100% legit for my situation. They completed the entire job within 4 days of the original quote, and were extremely professional. I hired Pyramid based on other reviews, and based on the service thus far I can say that they were spot on. Thanks Terry.

I loved working with Terry! Not only did he have solutions for my bug problems, he was easy to talk to and very ambitious. He took the time to explain to me everything he was doing, where he would do it, and how it would work. He also offers the «Once-​a-​Year Pest Control», which ended up being cheaper than doing 4 quarterly treatments from every other pest control company I spoke to (I received quotes from 3). My treatment came with a full 12 month warranty; all I have to do is call if I see more bugs and they’ll come retreat at no cost.

So they came out and completed the work. We all hugged it out, and we are genuinely satisfied. Communication is key! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again I prefer small business over big business any day.

I think he maybe related to Samuel L Jackson, not only does he look and sound like him a little… he is a Bad-​Ass-​Critter-​Getter!!!

They came by quickly and had everything set up within days (termite + pest). Pricing was clear (and I thought very good) and I have peace of mind that should some pest raise its antennas up over the next year they will come out and take care of it.

We just closed on our new house today, YAY!!! However there was as huge yellow jacket nest outside, and I’m allergic to those things, Booo!!! Knowing this ahead of time I looked at a few reviews of exterminators and since these guys were so well reviewed I scheduled a quote with Pyramid Exterminators to come and look at it ASAP. I really didn’t want to waste my time with a bunch of the big companies as I too have had negative experiences. I also contacted a few other companies, but they never got back to me.
Scheduling: Super easy, I filled out the form on their website and they replied via email with a time they could come by. I confirmed via email and they actually showed up on time. I don’t mind the phone, really, I actually enjoy a good chat, but it’s so much easier to just communicate via email as I usually miss phone calls or am busy with something else when the phone rings. Loved that they were «with it» enough for this to work.
Quote and Service: I gotta say, today was rainy, as in like our closing agents and realtors were all talking about how freakishly rainy it was, rainy. Terry came out anyway and said that he’d at least quote me and if I agreed to it and the weather cooperated they could even take care of it then and there. He came, told me what needed to be done (exactly what my online research said needed to be done) and gave me a fair price. I agreed and since it was raining a bit harder than he would like, he actually waited for it to let up and then took care of it right then and there. No more worries about getting stung and having to rush to the ER! Awesome!
Cool notes:
1. He flushed out the nest and made sure to kill the queen. Huge deal for me to know she was dead.
2. Given there were so many YJ he is going to come back out on Friday to make sure they are all dead and nothing has reestablished itself. He also said the work has a 90 day guarantee, very cool.
3. I think Terry has a reputation in the bug world as bad ass and bugs are scared of him. Why do I say this? because he exterminated this huge @$$ nest without a bee suit and didn’t even get stung! Don’t know how he does it cuz yellow jackets chase me across parking lots.
4. He is super careful in your home. He went around back so as not to mess up my floors when he first came in, then when he was done and needed to come in he wore booties and dried up the tiny amount of water he did track in. Very sweet of him and not something I see often with anyone coming to work on my home, let alone an exterminator. It was appreciated.

Terry came by to give an estimate on removing an attic critter but when we got into the attic we learned that an old trap I had set had caught the squirrel (probably earlier in the day. Terry offered to take it away for me, and advised me on further measures I needed to take to keep any others from getting in, but he did it without being pushy or trying to up-​sell me like many other services would do. I appreciated that and can highly recommend!

Great price, showed up on time as promised. Polite friendly and efficient. What more could you ask for.

We recently moved into our new house and came across a couple of uninvited guests. After dealing with Orkin for years at our old house and never being satisfied with their complete lack of customer service, we decided to check out some reviews of a local company.
Pyramid Exterminators came up as one of the top rated companies and we gave them a call. We scheduled a free estimate and on the day of the appt the representative from the company called to let me know when they were in route and then the exterminator called to let me know his eta. So nice!
When the technician arrived he looked the house over from top to bottom and gave me a very reasonable quote. I decided to order their yearly service. The exterminator technician was extremely informative, professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend their all natural safe and effective services.

I usually don’t write a review before actual results, but the professionalism and thorough work made the exception. They were very knowledgable and great with our pets making sure there was little stress as possible.
