Having a starter ignition issue, we’ve taken our 2012 A5 in for service several times over the last six months at this location. Each time we’ve been charged for services that were unnecessary and that didn’t solve our starter issue. The second time the service rep said the issue was guaranteed to be fixed. However, two hours after I left the lot, the car wouldn’t start. The last time we took the car in for the same issue, they tried to sell us a $ 400 battery that we didn’t need. We knew this was a dishonest charge because we had the battery tested which showed positive results. So, thus far we’ve paid $ 1500 in repair fees and our car still has a starting issue. At this point, we believe all this time they’ve been phishing with no certainty as to how to properly fix the problem. Or, have they been gouging us purposely? Whichever answer, we WILL NOT patronize this business EVER again. And, I would advise you to read the other reviews and possibly go to another location for your servicing needs.

Positively horrible post sale service. Don’t be duped by the fake extended warranty they offer. Its garbage and they won’t honor it. After multiple multiple attempts to get call backs — -nothing. Not from my sales person, finance person, or service department. Maddening. Again,…do NOT purchase their warranty and don’t buy into their promise of the 100k warranty on the used car they sell you. Just is not reality.

Ladies beware. No negotiation on price or trade. Expected full price for used vehicle and a lot less than Kelly blue book for trade. Salesman not fully aware of all functions car had. Would not do business in future here.

Came here for service. Everything is pretty routine. However, it is recommended to bring something to do while you wait. Any estimated service time given by the Audi rep should be double or triple depending on the type of service being performed.

Hassle free experience and great service is all you should expect from this dealership and specifically Mounir. 5 Star. 3 cars in a year and loving them all. Mounir and the team, thanks for making it a smooth transactions.

Now THIS is how car buying should be. I just bought a $ 10K car but got treated as well as a $ 50K customer. Daniel was awesome and Collin wasn’t so bad either ;) These guys have earned a loyal customer for life!

Had a good experience. These guys are all about business.
This was the 4^th dealership I visited (3^rd that was Audi brand specifically). This one is on the smaller side and in a congested area but it doesn’t affect the car shopping experience at all.
I dealt with Tony and Jonathan. They had a nice laid back approach and were both very polite. I pretty much knew what I wanted so Tony didn’t have to really sell the car and talk me to death about every detail of the car.
I made a purchase on a CPO A4 with low miles that beat out every similar speced car in the country that I looked at online. Only way I could have done better was going with a private seller, but with that I don’t have the peace of mind with the certification and 3 years of warranty that’s left on the vehicle.
I appreciate this style of selling. Car was priced to sell. I actually came over from one of the fancier Atlanta area Audi dealerships The other dealership was overpriced and did all the back and forth haggling with lots of pressure. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

This must be the one and only time when buying a car did not feel like a visit to a dentist.

Purchased a car from these guys a year ago. They had the exact hard to find model that I had been searching for months. Stacey Settle was a good, no bullshit, sales guy. He respected that I knew the car and the price, so we were able to minimize negotions. Since purchasing I’ve found the service staff great and facilities very welcoming — clean and comfortable.

I went to Rick Case Audi Gwinnett today, convinced I wanted an A6 and left planning to look at a Mercedes. My husband, teenage daughter, and I looked around the lot for about 10 minutes with no one approaching us. We then went into the small showroom and looked around for a few minutes before a salesperson, who had been sitting at his desk, asked if we needed help. From that point, it was like pulling teeth to get information out of him. The only question he asked me was what kind of car I was currently driving. I guess my Ford Explorer didn’t impress him enough to think he could make a sale. I asked if there was a Navigation system. The answer was «Yes.» I asked if there was a touch screen. The answer was «No.» No offer to demonstrate anything or any attempt at all at making a sale. I asked to drive one model and he went with us but had virtually nothing to say on the ride. I then asked to drive another model and he went and got the keys but said he wasn’t going with us. We returned with the keys and left without him even offering us his card. He was sitting at his desk when we got back, so it wasn’t that he was busy with other customers. Worst sales experience I have ever had at a dealership, and that’s saying a lot. I feel like I need to go to another dealership to give myself a chance to be shown what an Audi has to offer. We bought a BMW earlier this year and I still remember the enthusiasm our salesman showed about the car. Nothing like that today.

So I was selling my Audi Q5 and the buyer wanted a pre-​purchase inspection. I show up to Gwinnett Audi and Glen greeted me in the outside service lane and complimented me on my car then asked if he could help with anything. I told him what I needed and he was very accommodating and helpful, he even gave me a complimentary wash. I was blown away by how efficient and professional he handled the request. Thank you so much, will be back for sure.

I called just to get quotes for parts and labor and was advised to bring my car in for them to diagnose the issue because they didn’t trust the company I used to look at my car. It was a Sunday when my car gave me a warning to shut it down and not drive. Audi was closed, so I took it to Firestone just to get the codes and to find out what could possibly be wrong. I was advised by Firestone of what the codes meant and only wanted an estimate of what the repairs might cost. I understand they have to diagnose themselves in order to ensure nothing else is wrong, but I couldn’t get anyone to give me a quote on labor, because they were too busy trying to make money. Worst customer service ever!!!

Tony is the guy you are looking for when you want to purchase a fancy used car. You can tell the value of your future «signature» while he is telling you what makes your choice special. And he knows cars, not whole lot of them but he knows what the customer needs to know.
I recently purchased my first car here, a 12 S5. I got my driver’s permit at Tennessee and it’s pretty tricky to purchase a car at Atlanta if your license is from other states. Tony again, saved me.
Although it’s been a pretty long time doing all the paperwork rather than pay n’ go, he’s always been keeping me settled.

This is the worst service in the world! I go to that place with my broken tires, and this guy Jeff came to me, he show me all kind tires and I pick the brand that he claim they already have in stock. I give them my key and wait for 2 hours. After 2 hours of waiting, Jeff came to me and told me that they do not have my tire size. And I said to them what if I change to anther brand even they cost more money. And they told me they only have one tire. So I give them time to order it, and they told me it will be here two days later. So I wait for two days, I went to that place agin with my broken tires. Guess what they told me? They still don’t have my tires in stock, and they didn’t even try to call me, so I been spend all my morning waiting them to contact me, and they never did. So I risk my life one more time driving to that place. Guess what they told me? So I get to the place at 2pm as what they told me to. And this guy Jeff came to me, with a very bad looking on his face and told me that they still don’t have my in stock. I got mad when I hear that, because I been keep coming to this place 2 times already. And driving with broken tires is very dangerous, they should call If they don’t have my tires in stock so I don’t have to keep coming and wasting my time. And this guy Jeff claim that this is not his fault, but at least he can call me so I don’t have to keep coming with my broken tires. And then he ask me to speak with the manager, his name is Josh. He take me inside, and show me that they only have one tire in stock, but I have broken tire. And he told the same thing as the last three times. He said the tire will be in stock on Thursday. And I said to them what if you don’t have my tire tomorrow? Guess what they told me? He said,” are you looking for a free tire?” How could he talk to me like this! He thinks I’m vagrant who’s trying to defraud free tires!!! This is the worst service ever!!! They not only trying to avoid the mistake they made, but also try to insult me! How could they still allow this kind of staff working in Audi. They didn’t even treat me like a customer, not even one bit!!!

I tried to buy a car from this dealership through the internet. Response has been slow and after 4 days of trying I can’t even find out what they have on the lot. Apparently they would prefer that I drove over to the dealership and talked to them in person. I did in fact visit the dealership at the beginning of the week, I didn’t like the way I was treated and thought I would try the internet sales route, that was one dumb idea.

I have been coming to this dealership since I purchased a used 2004 A6. All my visits for service and some for repairs have been extremely satisfying. I dealt with Glenn from the service department on several occasion and I am very pleased with his level or customer service. Every time I had to drop the car for repair (twice so far) I was provided with a courtesy vehicle. The quotes for repair that were given to me prior to the work being done have been on point, the last one (break job on all 4 wheels) even came lower than expected. Almost every time I came in, the discount I usually get via Email, was applied to the job, without me asking for it. I would greatly recommend your car being serviced here.

I hate purchasing a new car because I hate dealing with sales people. I called today and requested for an appointment to test drive the Q3. The sales woman I spoke with said she does now work on Thursday but will call me back in 30 minutes with a confirmed appointment with one of her associates. I never got a call. Called back in the evening to get an appointment and received the same «I’ll call you back in 30 minutes…» Two strikes and you’re out. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

My review is only based on purchasing a used car from them. The salesman was nice and showed us around but he really had an easy job considering I had researched this vehicle and was very interested in it already and knew it’s background. They negotiated the price with us and went down a little bit to where I was satisfied with the final price. So this was fairly easy and this dealership has good prices already listed on their used cars and the used cars here are a smaller but better quality of cars. I assume the majority are trade ins from people that are purchasing a new audi. Other than that my main quirk was that our salesman did not perform an emissions test on the car before letting us have it (need it to get a temporary tag). They said they would reimburse me the cost of the test but I have sent them the receipt and they have not done anything. I contacted my salesman twice and he said he would work on it. It’s been 30 days. If they reimburse me for that I will update my review and give them 4 stars because everything went smooth except for this. I know it’s only $ 20 but if they say they will do something and don’t, that says something about the whole dealership.
Edit: They finally sent me my $ 20. It only took over a month but maybe that was mostly dealership time.

I went to this dealership January 30^th 2013 to lease a new Audi S4 and had the worst experience dealing with most employees here. It took the sales rep and finance team three different attempts and four months to get my contract figured out. They first messed up the tax rate on the first contract, because it was out of state, because they didn’t want to wait two days for me to get a local Georgia driver’s license. Then once they had the tax corrected and set it up, they lost my trade in paperwork and tried to submit paper work for someone else’s vehicle. Finally after they fedex’d me a new and final contract, that paperwork was also incorrect, I then drove 40 minutes to the dealership (this is now May 2013) to hopefully finally get this corrected so I could register my vehicle.
The dealer never applied for me to get extended temp plates, or apologized, if you read the email chains from the dealership you would lose any confidence in this dealership.
The only positive I will take away from this experience, is I now know to never purchase another vehicle from them.
