The sales person and the finance guy at their Duluth, GA location have no idea what the other is doing after the deal is done (after the car is yours and at home). The sales guy, Chris Bourlakis, keeps contacting me at home and telling me that they need me to send them stuff that the finance guy already has. This has happened three times at least. And now, a month later, they need a third copy of my drivers license. What is happening over there? Incompetence at the highest level. His office is thirty feet away and the salesperson would rather bother me at home when all he has to do is talk to the finance guy who already has EVERYTHING.
They want you to fill out a review through their customer service office right away. I guess that’s so you won’t have already gotten the harassing, repetitive requests for stuff they already have. They are an administrative nightmare. I suggest you go elsewhere. Avoid Rick Case altogether.

Recently had a really bad customer service/​sales experience here. I was interested in a car from their pre-​owned inventory. The online ad had very limited information but I was contacted by a «sales manager.» After going back and forth was finally able to gain more information about the car. Made and offer, we haggled a bit and the offer was accepted and paper work was supposed to be forwarded (they offered to Fed Ex overnight) while I gained a cashier’s check for the vehicle.
I offered to put money down in order to show good faith, was told that it was not necessary. A day passes no paperwork (several texts ignored) next day I get a call from the same sales manager saying that «he was off the previous day» and that the car was sold. Their receptionist previously told me that this particular sales manager was off on Fridays, so it was a very lame excuse. I would not recommend doing business with Rick Case, deals require trust & unfortunately I cannot say you can do so with this dealer.

I had a great experience at Rick Case Mazda. All of the associates were friendly and receptive to my needs. I thoroughly enjoyed working specifically with Mona, who made the entire car search and buying process easy and painless, especially as a first-​time buyer. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for affordable prices as well as efficient and considerate service.

My first visit here with my parents didn’t go so well but what I appreciate the most is that after voicing our complaint the managers all called and made a HUGE effort to rectify the problem and earn my business and they did so wonderfully. I ended up purchasing a beautiful car for a great price and I’m so happy I gave them a second chance. Since I’m active duty military and always traveling, they got the deal done fairly quickly and completed to the point where all I had to do was show up to pick up the car, turn in my down payment, and sign my contracts (which was great since the dealership was a good hour and a half away from my current location). Of all my friends and family who’ve bought cars, I’m pretty sure my process was by far the easiest. Talk to Mona, she’s the sweetest. Also special thanks to Charlie the Finance manager and Lee the General manager and all the rest of the staff who helped out with my purchase and getting my car set up to take with me. Y’all are awesome! For my very first car purchase this car is impeccable. Glad to be apart of the Mazda family. :)

ANOTHER MUNCHKIN DEALERSHIP!
After a bad experience at the Buford location, we decided to stop in and check out this dealership. I loved that someone stepped up and greeted us right away and explained that someone would be with us shortly. They were busy and I just appreciated the «heads up» instead of just being left to wonder.
After a short while, a salesman approaches us, we introduce ourselves and go out to see the car. When we get to the car it’s locked and this guy did not bring the key!
IT’S 40 DEGREES OUTSIDE! So we have to wait until he runs in and gets the key! Uggh!
Never, ever forget the key, especially in unfavorable weather. I am going to give him a pass because he was really sweet and I think that he was a bit distracted when called to assist us. I was shocked by the limited choices they had available because the largest vehicle we saw was actually very small and tight, (perfect for Munchkins). My rule besides needing ample room up front is if the rear seats are not spacious and comfortable, all bets are off. I want everyone to have a nice ride.
Although I will not be purchasing a Mazda because of space limitations, this dealership was okay today.

I’m writing this review having not actually set foot in the dealership, and here’s why:
Tuesday: I sent a message regarding looking at a used car in their lot, via the Car Gurus website.
Thursday: I received a generic email saying that the information I requested would be coming (the only thing I requested was a callback from someone)
Friday: I received an email from the manager asking how my experience at Rick Case Mazda had been — ummmm… contact would be useful.
Sunday: I received a marketing email from their service department.
So, apparently no-​one is interested in actually selling me a car! Very odd for a car dealership.

I bought 2 preowned Mazdas from other dealerships in the past 8 weeks. I had them both serviced at Rick Case. They took care of minor repairs, cut and programmed duplicate keys and fobs, and have both cars running in top shape. Most importantly service staff were professional, hospitable, and efficient.

This is my 3rd visit to Rick Case. The service department is great. They are always friendly and help me out with coupons when I don’t have any. The wait is long, especially with an appointment, but they do make sure you’re comfortable with a large screen TV in
the customer lounge with complimentary water, tea and coffee and they have 2 very reasonably priced vending machines.

Getting straight to the point, Lee was absolutely rude to me after we exchanged a few words about another offer I had gotten for my car before reuturning back to their dealership. Mind you that I was actually considering selling my car to them even if they didn’t match X amount.
After Lee asked me where I had gotten the offer I simply replied that I do not need to disclose this information with him. He immediately said that he did not car about buying my car and that it doesn’t matter if he bought it from me or not.
I left immediately.
What an unprofessional and rude way to interact with a customer.
Do not come here. Got to the Mazda at Mall of Georgia instead!

Horrible service. Kept my car for a month to not do the service on a car that has had the same problem every four months since I bought it brand new under factory warranty. The last time I brought it in they said they couldnt duplicate the noise, I drove 3 lights down Pleasant Hill and the car began the noise again! This place is horrible.
This car has been serviced every four months since March of 2013 over the same problem.

I was really excited about a Mazda 3 they had. Lorenzo took me on a test drive and he was wonderful, however when we got back I spoke with the manager (kevin) who really had no interest in selling me a car. He didn’t print out the numbers for me and didn’t even tell me about the warranty until after I had to let him know that he was very unhelpful and that I would be writing a negative review about him. I will not be buying from here because of him and that service. It is a shame because I thought I found the car that I would be purchasing.

I walked in, no appt, on a Friday, 30 mins after opening. He said it would be a «2 hr wait». I asked whats the earliest if I set an appt now. He said «Monday». A mechanic walked out as he was looking me up in the system. Asked the mechanic what he was doing. Pulled a ticket, and prepared my car to be taken on the spot. Best ever!!! I waited about an hr and a half, average waiting time. Ive been going to Rick Case Mazda since when they were on Satellite. Only had ONE problem, in the 4 yrs that Ive been a customer. And it wasnt even a MAJOR deal. As Im sitting here writing this review, Im watching the WAVE of customers pouring in. I could NOT be more grateful for the service and care of the people here at Rick Case Mazda.

This is on the car buying experience I had here.
So we went in looking for a new car. We found one we decided to purchase. Our salesperson was nice, but not great by any means.
The real problem is when they bring over Adrian to play «bad cop.» It is a dealer strategy I can’t stand that goes on everywhere. I explained I’m in sales and not to play around. I had given them a price quote from another comparable car.
They then go in with a high price… much higher. Adrian thinking he is the greatest salesperson seemed to attempt the «don’t be the first to speak after naming your price» strategy. Really??? Along with the attempt to stare into your soul as he named the price. They tried to explain how much better their car was, etc and how it was worth it.
Our salesperson was then a bit rude to the truck driver that walked in asking where to drop off the cars. Really rubbed me the wrong way with the elitist attitude.
We left and took our business to Jim Ellis Mazda where we got the car we wanted, a FAIR price and ethical salespeople.

So it turns out the screwdriver wasn’t theirs. The ones they use have a different kind of handle. Scary! How did it get there? Guess I will continue to go there see what happens after all I was given a half off voucher for next time being since I got $ 10 off for today’s visit and was not able to use the half price coupon I have. I must say the customer service is good though. John and Justin are great.

I was originally planning on heading out to Marietta Mazda after I was told by my old mech that they would be the go-​to guys in the greater Atlanta region. After consulting several reviews on Unilocal and other word by mouth sources, I decided to give Rick Case a try and am truly glad that I did.
I drove into Rick Case Mazda late Thursday afternoon for a long overdue headlight restoration which they originally quoted me for at $ 100 dollars/​light. As my old place was charging me 160 dollars for both, I figured I’d just take the hit since I was on vacation and I didn’t want to be driving 600 miles the next day with a shoddy headlight.
Two hours later I got a phone call from Rick Case Mazda saying that my headlights were finished and on top of that, they gave me a 50% military discount. The restoration job was every bit as awesome as the discount itself. Will definitely come back if I’m ever back in the ATL.

Got a car get maintains at Rick Case recently. I got a new car, and the wiper broken in first month. After talking to change the broken part which they insists doesn’t affect the function besides making noise, the service people become furious, and change the part. No more business again.

I live in Durham, NC and my sister lives in Decatur. I had just bought a 2001 Miata and was driving down to see my sister. Unfortunately my Miata broke down a little over 100 miles from nearest ATL based Mazda dealer. Luckily I had AAA and they towed me to Rick Case Mazda. I had to go to factory service because I knew there were two outstanding Mazda service recalls needing to be done, and I thought that might be the problem. I took the car to TWO other mechanics knowing that something was wrong and neither of them found a problem. Rick Case found all the problems and fixed them. I was only in town for a few days and they worked with me to get me out of there and back on the road ASAP. Their service was soo good that I had only one key from the dealer I bought the car from, that they programmed and gave me another key at no cost to me. The other dealer wanted around $ 450 to cut, program, and replace a security module, Rick Case did it at no additional cost to me. Yes, I had a few issues with the Miata and my bill wasn’t cheap, but my car runs better than ever now.
The service was so phenomenal that they called me when I was on the road to make sure everything had been fixed and I wasn’t experiencing any problems. Thank you to Mark, my service advisor, and Ryan the Service Manager, for getting me back on the road in my strict deadline.
*For those curious as to what was wrong with my car… Fuel pump failure, clutch slave cylinder replaced, new belts, PCM recalled, and a few other misc items.
