Robin is the best! As soon as I sit in her chair I can comfortably say do what ever you want, she’s that talented. How many stylists can you put that much faith in? Robin, Elaine and Mary are the reasons that Vincent & Vincent is my salon.

I was about to book an appointment for a facial and message and saw recent reviews about price, so looked up to see if they had changed their prices. Sadly that is the case, by 12−25% since my last appointment. Unfortunately, that makes them no longer the «best bang for the buck.»

Doesn’t look like Dumfries has caught up to their prices. Wow $$$! Not even that expensive in Miami lol

Went in for color, and they recomended doing bleach. I asked if they were sure, and they replied «yes.» They put in a toner which made my hair have a purple tint. When I asked about the purple tint they said“That’s the price you pay with bleach. Either a gold or purple tint.” Total disregard to what I wanted. Now I’m a woman in my thirties with a purple tint in my hair. It looks like I’m having a midlife crisis, and I’m off to another salon to fix it. It is rated Dumfries #1 salon since it is the only one. Make the drive to Woodbridge for a salon!!!

We have been here several times and I love it! The staff is friendly and helpful! I usually get a blowout when I go and my hair always looks beautiful! Brittany, Karen, & Tosha have all done my hair and they all are wonderful! Brittany & Tosha have both done my daughters hair (wash, condition, dry, trim, & flat iron) and they both have done exactly jobs. Tosha did a little better job with my daughter’s hair just because it had a smoother appearance when she was done. y daughter’s hair is natural so it can be a little more difficult. The only down fall I found with my daughter’s hair is they do not oil her scalp so I have to do that when we get home. I would give five stars but it is a little pricey but well worth it in my opinion.

I was driving around with my kids looking for a salon where I could have my daughter’s hair cut, and I saw this place from Rt 1. I walked in and asked if they could take a 7-​year-​old girl right now, and they were able to. My daughter wanted to donate her hair to Locks of Love, and the stylist carefully measured out the length and put my daughter’s hair in several pony tails so that there would be enough left over for a cute hair style after the pony tails were cut off. My daughter had never had a professional haircut before, and the stylist was friendly and gentle with her. She gave her a very stylish and modern, yet age-​appropriate, haircut and spent a lot of time making it perfect.
The price was a little higher than child’s cut at a chain location like Fantastic Sam’s, but it was well worth it, because the stylist really worked hard on my 7-year-old’s hair so that it would look cute and not like a typical child’s chin-​length bob. I would recommend it for children and adults.

This place is great. I was recommended by two friends to use Robin — she has cut and colored my hair several times and I always leave happy! The salon is clean and welcoming, and it’s pretty easy to get an appointment.

I wish I could love this place but I just can’t. The prices are insane (not just for this area, but for any area in the country), the services are sub-​par and the few people I have worked with haven’t been very professional. I was stunned when a brow wax was 20.00 (I ended up fixing it later once I returned home which made the price sting even more). I won’t return here in any case since I’m more than positive I can get the same services at cheaper and better establishments. I’m pretty sure it’s just a case of a small town, outdated salon with a big city ego. I do not recommend.

My daughters go there and they love it. What I love it they are very community oriented I collect for teacher appreciation and each year they give a very generous gift for the teachers at our local elementary school.

Was recommended by a friend and I am so glad I was. The prices may be a bit higher, but it is totally worth it. This is a full service, professional salon. I would not go anywhere else. Ask for Linda, she is awesome!

Way expensive. This is Dumfries, not New York City. Staff seemed snooty. My haircut was OK, nothing more, nothing less. I wouldn’t mind paying 311.00 for a haircut, color, and partial highlight if it was amazing, but it wasn’t. Average at best. Giving it two stars because of the prices.

Not impressed with the stylist here and they push product on you. I had a major color mistake and made them redo their mistake. The salon is still trapped in the 80’s — lots of big hair
