Mill Creek Designs specializes in ‘enhancing outdoor spaces’. We will make your regular ho-​hum yard your personal oasis. We can make many design suggestions and have a great eye for detail. We work in Jefferson, Clear Creek, Boulder, Park, Gilpin counties and entire Denver Metro Area. We can handle difficult mountain jobs with ease and understand the unique demands for mountain landscape (you know the deer and elk!)

We offer design and build services for your entire yard! Including landscape, hardscape, masonry, fencing, concrete, planting, excavation, erosion control, grading, seeding, retaining walls, skid steer services, irrigation, demolition, property cleanup, drainage, bulk materials and much more.

History

Established in 2005.

Michael Winchell — Owner of Mill Creek Designs has been involved in the landscape industry his entire adult life. Starting out of high school for the now defunct Evergreen Nursery’s landscape division. Michael found that his creativity and eye for detail were perfect fit for the profession! Michael worked for two of Evergreen, CO most prominent landscapers for a few years and in 2005 decided if these guys could do it so could he! Michael and a co-​worker from another company started the company using an old pickup and a few stick tools! Michael Winchell has a associates degree from FRCC and CSU and has completed the Colorado Master Gardener program. We volunteer for a few local organizations such as Scraps to Soil, CSU Extension and Elks Lodge.
