Second week in a row closing early. At the time of this review it states«open for 33 minutes» closed 45 minutes early again. I guess trusting teenagers to run your store or not actually being open when you advertise you are are good ways to lose customers. This place will be out of business soon if they keep it up!

The caramel fro yo was awful — tasted like it had turned. The strawberry shortcake mix was delicious. Definitely sample before you buy, since I’m not sure what is going on behind the curtain.

They are an average self serve fro yo place, nothing special. However the employees are pretty rude and their hours are not right. Online it says 10… the door says 9… and today when we went at 810 they refused us service because they were closing. Change your hours if you want to close at 8. fine close at 8 but don’t advertise other hours because now we have an upset 8 yr old that was promised fro yo.

Whoever and whatever Sanjay is he’s a douche bag. My daughter worked for you and she was loyal to you for you to ask if she paid for the item she had. HOWDAREYOUHAVEYOUREMPLOYEESEARCHTHETRASHFOR A RECEIPTTOSEEIFMYDAUGHTERPAID. We are very loyal hard working people we don’t need Sugar Honey Iced Tea from miserable people. See she was nice cuz I would of thrown the item on the floor and flipped u the bird. Treat your employees better so karma won’t bite you in the butt!

This review only pertains to their boba. I came here because it’s the closest place to get boba from my house. For the size, it’s a fairly good price. First time I came, I got the thai tea boba. It was okay. Definitely had better. Theirs is sweeter than I’m used to. Came back a second time when they added avocado boba. Tasted nothing like avocado. I’m used to using real avocados in my avocado smoothies and boba. It didn’t taste remotely like anything that would justify the green coloring. It just tasted too sweet and artificial. Third time I came back thinking the last visit was just a fluke. I ordered a green tea boba. They couldn’t possibly mess that up. I mean really, it’s green tea. How wrong I was. It was that same too sweet nondescript artificial taste again. I’ll just stick to Boba Land.

Disappointing. They have self-serve machines, but on the night I went there, half of them weren’t working. The cashier barely acknowledged me and never looked up when I made my transaction. Also very pricey. They charge by how much your self-serve cup of yogurt or ice cream weighs. Sorry, but $ 9 for a bowl of mediocre ice cream is too much.

My kids always ask to come here… we enjoy the concept of the place, definitely caters to the young crowd. What i have been disliking lately is the increasing number of disabled and uncharged ipads. If ipads are your«bait» at least keep them working! My sons cannot sit in one area here because not all the ipads are working. Today, the AC is not even felt. Come on! This is a yogurt store!!! Plus the young employees who look like they dont care about their work are constantly seen eating and testing the food — at the very least, don’t show it for everyone to see.

The atmosphere is relaxing. Six big-screen TVs, six different shows on plus satellite music. Very kid friendly and family oriented. Anytime my wife and I come here it is always a pleasure, great staff, very helpful.

The service and the frozen yogurt here is very good. Definitely a great place to just relax with friends or even with family!

Just stopped in this place. What a joke. I am sorry but all your high tech junk and fresh paint isn’t going to convince me to eat your cream of corn syrup amongst all the other disgusting ingredients in this so called yogurt. Since when is yogurt so unhealthy? Red mango all the way baby. All natural all healthily no fat body for me. Instead of asking for a sample ask for the nutrition facts first…

Similar to most do it yourself yogurt stores. The atmosphere a little nicer. Locked I-Pads to play with, a nice touch. Definitely a respite from the deluge which came down last night.

I was pretty excited to have a FroYo place opening up so close to my house. However I was a little disappointed not only in the small selection of NON fat(they have plenty of low fat) yogurt. The place was filled with super loud teenagers that were not only rude and loud, they felt that it was ok to just use their hands to eat the toppings. One kid even asked the girl behind the counter if it was ok if he «took some for free» and she said sure. He proceeded to stick his hand in the toppings and eat it. I had already put some toppings on mine and was appalled to see this going on. I was pleased to see that the place was crowded but would have liked if the staff would have stopped the kids from using their hands rather than saying ok. More seating would have been nice too as the kids were taking up the entire place.
