History

Established in 2014.

Randy Byford purchased this store in May of 2014. It was formerly owned by Battison and later Mike Terry. Randy purchased this store and the Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership in Duncan at the same time. Both had fallen on hard times. They are important businesses to the Duncan community, employing over 60 people, at each location. In early 2014, Randy was approached by several business owners and concerned citizens in Duncan. They asked if he would consider taking over and running these stores, saving those important jobs and keep the business environment in Duncan vibrant.

In May of 2014 the sale was completed and Duncan welcomed the Byford Auto Group to town. We are very pleased to be a local owned and operated business.

The Byford Auto Group includes the locations in Chickasha and Duncan, along with a new pre-​owned store at I-​240 and S. Shields in OKC
