Very unprofessional experience that wasted a great deal of my time. I had to keep calling back because their agents did not follow up with me. Phone calls to agents always went to their voicemail because they were «out of the office» when I tried to contact. It’s 2015, does nobody there have a cellphone?
They only schedule showings 9 – 5 on weekdays so be ready to take off work if you want to see a property. Also, the two showings that I scheduled were canceled just hours before I was supposed to see the property.
They don’t care about my time that they wasted because they ended up filling the lease with someone else. Save yourself some trouble and don’t bother with this office.
