Horrible service. Not worth the wait. Drive a couple of feet down to Sonic, the service there is always great.

Inside is great, free wifi, great food, awesome manager. Danny always makes sure you are taken care of. Small and gets crowded. Especially drive thru. No other problems other than the small place.

DQ is the place to get your blizzard fix. It’s nestled in between a few businesses. It’s got a cramped drive through. There have been times when we had to drive off because cars were snaking out into the street. We had to go into the restaurant when they were having problems with their speakers. We figured it wouldn’t take long and it didn’t. The inside has been updated. They should probably do the same to the outside. It looks like the drive thru window is about to fall off the hinge. The inside, though new, was very dirty. There was like some sort of scum, possibly from the mop splattering against the bottom of the cabinets, tables, etc. There’s some sort of gunk. I can’t say what kind of gunk but it lines the bottom of condiment area. Tables were sticky. We didn’t sit because we couldn’t find a clean spot. The restaurant wasn’t packed. The drive thru was. Probably won’t venture inside again but I’ll return.

Went through the drive thru and was told to go park in front and someone would bring me my food. Over 10 minutes later… A girl comes out and hands met good. No Thank you, no smile, no sorry about your wait. Nada. It was at 2:30 in the afternoon, not even peak business hours. We only had one adult meal and one kid meal! I thought it was supposed to be fast food?

Sure wish the window staff had better training. We tend to get screwed up orders. They have one female there that behaves as if she may be on some type of mind altering drug. I ordered two blizzards, pulled up, payed for them, then watched he speed clean the counters, organize the ingredients for the blizzards, wipe down the register(maybe I should invite her to my house lol) and then she looked up and noticed there were now 5 cars lined up behind me. So she took a few orders, then noticed I was still siting there, I was watching the clock, 13 minutes had gone by. She opened the window, and I repeated my order to her, and had to show her my receipt. That’s when she made our tasty blizzards. At least they were fresh. I must admit, I was more entertained then irritated!

Great experience tonight. The young lady at the register was attentive and quick. The ice cream was as to be expected. The other customers were friendly. My only suggestion is to mix the blizzards better — all the candy was at the top.

2 stars only because the blizzard was delicious, everything else was absolutely horrible. The cashier ignored me for about 10 mins while I stood at the register. I think the store can do better if it had better management. It’s sad Dairy Queen has went so far downhill.
