History

Established in 1974.

Poseys N Partys Florist was opened by Susan Boyd, it has always been a family business. Susan, began floral designing at the age of 11 with her Grandmother Ada James (a prominent Flower Show Judge and well known for her civic contributions). Susan won the FTD America’s Cup Design competitions twice, held every 4 years, for Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico and has been ranked in the top 15 designers in the USA. Poseys N Partys has gained recognition for the high quality of Flower Design and the Freshness and Longevity of the flower arrangements. We strive to always please our customers!

Floral Design has been a love of mine since the age of 11. I have served as President of the Dallas Allied Floral Association and have worked with Florists throughout Texas to offer fresh ideas to the floral industry. Having won several Floral Design competitions, I strive to arrange and deliver the most beautiful, fresh and current floral arrangements for our customers. It is a great pleasure to help each and everyone of my customers for the past 36 years. I love being part of their family.

Poseys ‘N’ Parties is great! I ordered flowers for a hospitalized friend who loves purple. The woman I spoke with said she didn’t have all the flowers in the Purple Passion bouquet, but that she would use all the purples she had and deliver it the same day. She was genuine, thorough and willing to work with me, which I really appreciated. When I visited my friend a few days later, I saw the bouquet and it was PHENOMENAL! Gorgeous, full of flowers, beautiful vase and ribbon… It couldn’t have been more perfect if I’d stood beside them and directed them. My friend loved them, and was cheered tremendously by them. Thank you Poseys ‘N’ Parties for a job well done! Highly recommend!

Awesome customer service, awesome prices. Just love it. My wife loves their flowers and that is all that matters. Tried online vendors but they do not even match the quality or quantity of their product line. It seems that customers come first here and that is reflected with their work. Went in a few weeks back and received amazing service. I walked in 5 mins before closing on a Saturday. I called only about 20 minutes before closing. For having to pull off a miracle due to thinking flowers shops are open till 2pm when they all close at noon. Thank you for helping me get the last final touch to a amazing surprise anniversary dinner. With such nice and patient service will definitely return with plenty of time to order a arrangement for the event.

This local florist did an amazing job with my request. I called early in the morning and asked for same day delivery and they were able to accommodate everything I needed. Price is more than reasonable and the arrangement look like it was twice as much as the actual cost. I recommended them and will be shopping again soon.

I’ve known Susan for the past few years, and she is really awesome. Poseys N Partys have the best-​looking roses. My wife just loves them! While I prefer red roses, Susan has given me a variety of roses and they have been great. … I make at least two or three visits every year to buy flowers.
Earlier this year, my mom passed away and Poseys did a great job on the flowers. They were beautiful.
